The new manger is racist she is rude and disrespectful to white customers.she has made racist comments each time Ive been in the store.i looked for her name no tag so asked her name and she just stared at me.I asked for her bosses name and she laughed told me to call corporate and then told me they dont care what a bunch of white people in ms think.IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF HER ATTITUDE RUDENESS OR RACISM PLEASE REPORT HER.HER DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME IS RUSSELL but I was told he has taken her side when someone was able to talk to him.Call corporate and post online to the media anywhere.I and a few others want to organize a protest about this in the parking lot.If it was the other way around it wouldnt be tolerated!!HER NAME STARTS WITH AN M AND OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT WORK with her have said she doesnt hide her racist feelings and said theyve been miserable since shes been there.one girl is afraid of her and another said they made an anonymous complaint but nothing has been done.

Im so tired of ignorant prejudice people... Almost had to catch a charge dealing with the idiots working at Family Dollar in Long Beach Mississippi. Refused me service after telling me he couldnt understand what I said, insinuating that my English was bad because I was Mexican. Which Im not...I was born and raised here in the south. Do not let the last name fool you its my marriage name. All I can say is shame on you Family Dollar for allowing such biased people to work for you. When I said I would report him to the manager he laughed turned to his manger and said hey Mike shes going to report me to you. Imagine that all of a sudden he could understand me but still refused me service.

I normally dont come here but since my last visit I must say I definitely love the atmosphere and how your greeted at the door I been to many different types of dollar stores and this is definitely the cleanest and the staff helped with anything I needed. I will visit and bring my family also. They are very hardworking yet still friendly. If only these other places could get the concept. And the girl had a hard time at the register with my smart coupons and the manager helped me solve the problem. Great customer service I would give 10 stars if I could.

The store is amazing, I go there all the time I get great customer service from the manager and the crew. The crew treats everyone as family so I highly recommend everyone take some time to stop by and shop

Be very careful when using the $5 off coupon. They do everything they can to confuse you! So, my advise is to use your calculator before you go to the register.
