Worst att store ever. I bought a galaxy s7 here and the wifi didnt work. I called 611 to diagnose it, they determined it was a software issue on the phone. They said I can return or exchange it without a restocking fee. I go into the store and the teenager working there asks how he can help me. I explain the situation and he told me that I couldnt do that. I replyed with how I diagnosed the phone with att corporate, (Forgot to mention they cant help you diagnose problems) and they said I can cancel my upgrade and get my money back like nothing happened. He said I couldnt do that and argued with me about he was right. Responds that his district manager is in the store and I can talk to him. I told him Im here to return my device. He said sure but I have to pay the restocking fee. I start to explain what happened and he interrupts me. With "No, all returns have to have a restocking fee charged" I told him the whole story and then he reveals that they are just a retailer and not a real att corporate store. Horrible experience with teenagers and young adults that run a store all by themselves. Id give zero stars if possible. Att close this store down or fire the employees.
