After dealing with other CVSes in the metro area, the Meadowbrook location is an absolute miracle. I hated having CVS Caremark because of having to use CVS and would do anything to avoid going to a location. I had to use this one for one prescription and realized that its the only one Ive ever been to worth anything. The staff actually cares and gives the same level of service as a small town pharmacy.

Terrible service! Just called 3 times in 30 min trying to get a price check on some eye drops. First 2 times the same person hung up on me- a woman. 3rd time I hung up after 15 minutes of waiting... absolutely terrible.

Takes forever (whether dropping off picking up or waiting on hold for 20min before call is dropped) and God forbid there are any other customers in line.
