I moved to this area a few months ago and this place quickly became " our caribou!" I wanted to wait and give it a fair rating since there have been a few times out order ha gotten deleted before filled or screwed up completely. Over all tho, most of the people working here are wonderful and friendly. They do seem to have a high turn over as almost every time I go I see someone I havent seen before. Over all it is still"our caribou" and I will Continue to frequent there!

Horrible customer service. Colie does not listen to your order. I got a sausage sandwich that was cold. Asked them to heat up and they put it in for the same time as you would to cook it. So when I got it back it was hard as a rock. The Asian girl that makes your drinks is rude and has horrible customer service. It is also bogo drinks and they dont offer it to anyone. If I could leave zero stars I would have. Horrible horrible horrible.

This is the spot the locals stop at to socialize, grab coffee to go, mix and mingle. Its a great location with friendly and helpful staff - and of course those espresso drinks weve all started to crave regularly. I come from out of state and never miss stopping here at least once. Thanks, Caribou, for making me feel like a welcome local and for the super tasty energy boosts!

Decent coffee with free refills. Friendly and fun staff. The other customers and regulars who come here are pleasant. The bathrooms are generally clean, private, and lockable. Internet is free, but can be painfully slow and spotty at times. For a 5 star review consider the following: Improve the speed and consistency of your free Wi-Fi service.

The service is very inconsistent. For the most part it is incredibly slow, they often run out of things, and the staff is unapologetic. In addition, although their hours are currently listed online as closing at 10pm they have shortened their hours and now close at 9pm on most days.

I really enjoy the Caribou atmosphere. Its a great place to meet whether outside on the sidewalk or inside at the variously sized tables. There is also an adjoining internal door to Brueggers Bagels next door so if one wants a bagel too its easy to walk over and get it.

Decent friendly service but they need a little updating inside. Lights out in the bakery case and it was kind of dirty but as far as service goes it was quick in & out to get my coffee

My favourite Caribou in Woodbury. Staff always quick and friendly. Does get very busy so sometimes there is a decent wait. Paired with a Bruegers bagels which are good bagels.
