I ordered a pike place. Simple enough, right? Wrong! The lady told me Id have to wait since they were brewing a fresh batch, or I could have dark roast instead. I kindly agreed to wait because Im not a fan of dark roast coffee. I guess she thought I wouldnt notice because a minute later she walked out with "my" coffee, which was clearly a dark roast. Its sad people have to lie. Not my first bad experience there too.

They dont accept free drink rewards. Coffee is hit or miss, Id say really good only 40% of the time. Drive thru long in the morning. I ONLY stop here if I have to, all other starbucks in the area are better.

When you dont get what you paid for its very disappointing. My coffee was only 2/3 full. I wont be going back.
