Multiple horrible expirences here. I hate being negative but you guys have made life ruining level mistakes and caused me so much stress. I would give less than one star if I could. Ill change my review if these guys ever change but I doubt thats even possible. Horrible customer service horrible at dealing with insurance horrible at calling back and answering. Not clear on pharmacy hours. Incompetent people. The list goes on and on and on. When my child was so sick they almost died from dehydration the CVS employee I was trying to get help from refused to fill his prescription for pedialite saying they didnt have it and go to another store or they would have to order it. Because this woman was too LAZY (to ask if they had it if she didnt know) and just print off the prescription. Im not over exaggerating: they had every single kind and I had to go searching for it grab it off the shelf myself and get it rung up and the prescription sticker put on it. That trip took over an hour with my sick screaming child waiting in the car with my friend. Thats just the cusp and one expirence but there are so many more. I hate you guys :) please get it together.

I have been going here since I was a kid, I am now an adult and need to find myself a new pharmacy. This location is the worst, I dont know how they are still in business honestly, because its been like this for years. I only go here, because they seem to be the only pharmacy that orders the one medication brand I take, correctly. They violate HIPPA by calling my parents and leaving voicemails on their phone. Ive asked them to remove their number and they claim they dont have it in their system. They will text you 3 times a day about your prescription being ready, but when you go to pick it up you have to wait 30-45 minutes for them to "get it ready". Oh and all of their products are almost double the price than Walmart.

I have shown up several times to pick up a presecription only to be told at the drive thru "Im sorry, but were out of that medication. Well have it tomorrow." My profile is in their system so why not call and tell me? Yesterday was the most recent experience and when I was told they didnt have the eye drops my little daughter needed, they said they would send the prescription over to the Walgreens pharmacy down the road. meaning -even longer wait to get meds to a sick baby. Worst thing is Walgreens never got their call or the prescription. This CVS pharmacy is a joke. Im transferrring to somewhere else that takes my insurance. Im done with this chain.

The pharmacy staff for the most part seem inexperienced and take half an hour or more when they say 15 mins. I once waited 1 hour for a 15min refill of two items they told me only 15 mins. Plus they did not know how to input my temporary insurance info before I got my full insurance info so I had to use Walgreens and it was done right away. At this CVS they will put you on hold a lot if you call in.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the CVS store and pharmacy. I admit that when I first started coming here, and there was completely different staff, I had many issues. But, the past few years the staff has been great! Always polite and caring, and they always go the extra mile. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff in the pharmacy and the front of the store!

Update: New staff has changed things for the better. My clinic accidentally sent my RX to this pharmacy, so I decided to just have it filled there. I felt like I needed to apologize to the staff because my being a customer in their store was obviously an annoyance to them. If you like being treated poorly this is the pharmacy for you, but Im sticking with Walgreens.

I am a healthcare professional and the enteraction I just had with the PharmD and tech this AM left much to be desired. The female pharmD was rude and short. When I did not allow her to give me the patient information verbally and asked it to be faxed she abruptly put me on hold. Very poor provider-pharm and overall phone etiquette.

There is one tech that is wonderful and always helps me! Working in a pharmacy is stressful. Dealing with peso pled money and medicine always is. Show some grace next time you visit your next pharmacy. They want to help! They will help! It just might not be in 60 seconds.

The Minute Clinic was relatively prompt in seeinge. The cashier at the front had a long line and the items I was getting were ringing up at twice the posted cost. There werent enough people to help, so I didnt bother getting them.
