Just moved and called in to Walgreens to get my prescription pulled from my old pharmacy. Over the phone the customer service was great, and I thought everything would go well. In person, the customer service was horrible and they tried to charge me retail price as a self-pay. Went to the Lunds & Byerlys across Yankee Doodle and got the same medication for literally 1/12 of what Walgreens wanted to charge me. This medication costs $2.50 to fill, and they wanted to charge me $120.00. L&B charged me $10.00, because they actually have a self-pay assistance program set up. Shame on you, Walgreens.

The "convenient" drive through keep me waiting for over ten minutes without even acknowledging me. The worker was not there for a long time, then was on the phone for five minutes while I waiting with my window down on a cold winter day! Its not the first time Ive gotten bad service there. Im finding a new pharmacy!

This pharmacy has RUN OUT OF common prescription drugs that Ive tried to refill multiple times. Go to the nearby Walmart. Never using this store ever again.
