I am on renewed prescription for blood presure medication until October, 2016. The pharmacy did not refilled my prescription because CVS could not confirm the prescription with my doctor. Why does the CVS want to verify my blood pressure prescription with my doctor if the doctors prescription is good until October? My prescription is not for antibiotics, nor opioids. Its for blood pressure. I went to Target pharmacy to avoid the CVS birocracy. I left the store without my blood pressure medication. It is my hope that by Friday, CVS will be able to refill my prescription. If not I have to find a different pharmacy.

Probably the dumbest pharmacy I have ever encountered. They were supposed to bill for a breast pump for my wife with a doctors order. Well we brought a doctors order to them and they were too stupid to read it. Told us they couldnt bill insurance for it because it wasnt a prescription. Seriously what kind of grade school kiddo doesnt know what a doctors order is?

Everytime I have come since CVS took over I have had to wait more than 15 min, despite the fact I called ahead to tell them I was coming now to pick it up. When it was Target, my prescription was ready before I even got there. I only use this one in sickness, so having to wait when you feel like crap is not fun.

Moved our account to Target/CVS from one of the larger pharmacies. They had become incompetent and discourteous. CVS has been great!

Always a wait and not reliable. Their hours have been cut too. Might have to switch to Walgreens...
