My grandma went shopping there and the total came to be $17.18 after tax and everything. She gave the cashier $20.00 and the cashier told her it was not enough. She was missing some change. So my grandma (non-English speaker) took out her coin bag. She was holding her coins in her hand and asked, "How much?" The cashier just reached over to count the coin and took it. My grandma was waiting for her changed but the cashier started with the next customer already. She stood on the side and waited to see if she was going to get her money, but did not. She then went to walk around the store looking for someone to help her but could not find anyone. She just came home, show me the receipt and we called the place. They said that the cash drawer was perfect and that my grandma got her change. Well she never did. I told the manger that my grandma said its fine if they dont give her change back to her but in the future if they can be more careful on stuff like this especially with handling changes. The manger said that she is pretty sure they got it right that it was just my grandma. I am very disappointed by their customer services, not even a sorry or anything at all. Never going back there again.

I used to really like shopping here, but the store is allowing a book reseller to damage all their stock, and its not as much fun any more. He marks the spines of books he doesnt want with a yellow pen. When I complained, I was given the brush off, and basically told, "It comes off." And it mostly does; all over my hands, all over my clothes. Its just really disappointing that this store is giving preferential treatment to one customer, and telling everyone else that if youre buying books in a thrift store, you should just be happy with what you get, regardless of condition. That seems gross to me.

Broken junk over priced this stuff is donated and they charge more than it is new on some items this place should be shut down bandanas were 99 cents I bought a few a week later 4.99 they cost less brand new I will never shop at this money hungry broken item selling store again you should be ashamed I hope whoever owns it gets what he deserves

I absolutely love this store. I find great things. I am getting a little upset because some of the items are getting priced a little high. Keep your prices low! Remember you are a thrift store!

Good for certain kinds of things, like cheap clothes, books, or furniture if you can find what youre looking for. I would never buy electronics or appliances here.
