I brought in my watch with a thin crack in the crystal, and did not hear from them for over 3 months (!). I called two times, and each time I was told theyd call when its ready. They never called. When I came in to take it back, the owners were very uncooperative and rude. Then I noticed that there was additional damage on my watch. It was missing number "1" from "10 oclock" - it just said 0. When I asked them what happened, they just said "Oh no, we are not liable for that. You can sue us, do whatever, by thats all on you". Now, when I brought in my watch, it had a thin crack in the crystal, but there was absolutely no way for anything inside to get scraped off or damaged - you couldnt even feel the crack with your fingers, thats how thin it was. So, when I asked them if they could fix the number, they rudely told me that Id bought "a mojo, a piece of crap" and that it happens all the time to cheap watches. My watch wasnt actually that cheap, and I got it for my birthday a few years ago. This was literally the worst service I have ever gotten. Dont ever trust these people with anything you value.

I bought a watch there a few years ago, probably antique. I loved it, but I am not kind to jewelry. I ended up dropping the watch, and possibly running it over with my car! Louis performed a miracle on it, and put it back together and replaced the crystal, for a very reasonable price. I have bought two rings that I love, and have brought one of them back for cleaning and repair. I also had one of them sized. The work was beautifully done and again, very reasonably priced. Update: They are still doing watch repairs! And how good to know you can still get the same quality service. And the jewelry is beautifully made. I have also bought a bracelet I absolutely love! They worked with me on payments, which made it possible.

I arrived an hour before close, the door was locked. I knocked and waited a few minutes before the lady, I believe the owner, let me in. She seemed irritated that I was there and wouldnt let me into the store until I answered a few questions about my watch. She told me they couldnt replace the band even though I had just bought the very band on the watch less than six months ago from them and SHE filled out that order. I patronize this store because I live down the block and like the small neighborhood feel of the place. My other experiences have been positive or not noteworthy. Twice, she recommended a different jeweler during my transaction. Next time Ill take her advice.

The couple running the shop were most helpful and did expert work at very reasonable prices. Ive taken watches to be repaired there twice and each time the cost came in at about half of what Id been quoted elsewhere. I also bought a nice watch at a reasonable price there. I would recommend this store highly if you have any kind of repair needed for your watch. They are fast, responsive and reasonably priced.

My friend had his jewelry cleaned there and they did a fantastic job! If you are looking for custom embroidery, they also can help there. They carry jewelry for fraternal organizations as well. The owners are nice, down to earth folks. I highly recommend this shop.
