Ive seen a lot of 1 star reviews on here and Im extremely surprised. Ever since the change in management and employees that Ive seen recently, the store has gotten tremendously better. The service was great and with a little bit of communication between myself and the guy at the counter, he was not only willing, but extremely happy to help me with what I was needing. Its safe to say that the quality Ive received in the past month or so has changed my outlook on this business for the rest of my days. I will absolutely never go to any other pawn shop in Springfield. I give this five stars and I mean it 175%. I hope that in the future people who look online for a pawn shop in Springfield see this post and take my word on it. I promise that you wont be disappointed. Peace.

The lady at the counter i am not sure whom she is, IS EXTREAMLY RUDE!!! when i first walked in i did get a Hi. But!!! the lady was very short with me, did not pay attention to anything i was saying. Walked away while i was talking. Rude to me and to another guest while he was standing right next to me. Bobbing her head around like she is a street hoe. I treat everyone with respect and all i ask is for the same. I will never return to that location. If you want someone to rip you off and make you feel like a piece of garbage then by all means this is the place to go. But as far as honest, good, people whom really do car about there GUESTS, THE PEOPLE WHOM MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO BE WORKING then the lady at the counter is not the one to go to.

Apon entering the store i was asked what i was looking for i replied an xbox 360 so the woman behind the counter runs over to there only xbox slim they had in stock and ripped the price tag off and was very rude to me and quoted me the price of a brand new one and was rude to me when i said i could get a new one for that price so i go into another one of there stores today to try to get one and complain about how i was treated and the person working was a dick about it and said if i didnt like it to bad ive done a LOT of business with them over the years but will not be going back to any of there 3 stores

Ive been in here several times and I must admit that the employees that I have dealt with are rude and very unprofessional. They engage in personal conversation about other workers, Ive yet to see a smile from them, and a thank you as you leave would be nice. The manager, on the other hand is very polite, fair and pleasant to work with. Were it I, there would be some employee house cleaning and a long class on customer service for the new ones. I guess good customer service is becoming a lost art.

Having worked at more than one pawn shop for many years. I have to say i have never seen worst customer service in my life. I will make sure that i tell everyone i can, to never go to this pawn shop ever. I will make it known that this is not the place to do any business. I have never in my life been treated like that.

Was offer $9.00 for $270.00 worth of tools and the lady was rude new management has done nothing for this place will never do business with them again CROOKS! On top of that will be calling my lawyer tomorrow see about a lawsuit as my wife cut her toes on their messed up door!

win i got a ring from em i payed $150 for it went back within 30 days as it was a bday gift for my sis and they sed they give me $7.50 for it in all ya i had rec and stated i had 30 days to retern no you have 10 hear so don i repeat dont sell are trade hear EVER

I can honestly say Ill never go to any other pawn shop! Great customer service and fair on everything! This place really cares aboutnits customers and will do and help you in anyway they can! I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the amazing work guys!

I love them. Theyre fair and understanding. Theyre the only pawn shop whose employees seem to be human and actually care about the hardships that people go through. I wouldnt trust or shop with any other pawn shop.
