This was an amazing experience....UNTIL. The first Sales Consultant we worked with was polite and professional, she measured me and put me in Bras that were exactly what I was looking for. The fit was amazing, like nothing I have ever found before I am a hard to find size so I was very excited, happy and ready to spend money. Then she had to have her manager come in and double check her work. The manger was young, tiny and had no breasts, she immediately said the first gal had measured me wrong and insisted I go 2 sizes smaller in the band (A band size I didnt even wear in high school) and a size or 2 smaller in the cup. This was like some kind of torture device with boob spilling out every side, not what I was there for, I have a million bras that dont fit at home. When I told her I liked the first gals measurements better because I was looking for comfort over all and the extreme tightness of this band was not only painful it was restricting my breathing and with asthma it was an absolute no go, she got down right snotty, and basically refused to sell me the bras I wanted. I had been saving up for my trip to Allure and went there fully prepared to spend $500, I left with 3 bras that I Love, but would have left with more had the snotty little manager not refused to sell them to me because she didnt pick them out. I was annoyed and upset how could someone with her build possibly understand what its like to carry around large breasts? If you are a chesty gal, this is the place to go....I would probably just choose a different location next time to avoid that kind of rudeness.

I had such a bad customer service experience I will never go back. I wanted a bra that was not in stock and they ordered it saying it would arrive in 2-4 wks. Heard nothing from them & called at 6 weeks, where they told me it would take another another 3wks. I just wanted my $ back at that point and they refused to give it to me, repeating to me twice that even though they never provided the item, I could not get my $ back, only store credit. So, I had to wait. I called 3 weeks later and they did not have it. Still refused to give my $ back. They gave me a date it would arrive and I said I would come in and pick it up. I finally got a call from Allure! The caller said they wanted to give me a UPS tracking number. Every time the subject had come up I said I wanted to come in and pick it up. Instead I had to wait on delivery date for UPS. But the package did not arrive. I called UPS and they said the way the company had addressed the ship, they could not deliver it and had to take another day to get that sorted. More lost time for me. Instead of 2 -4 weeks it took almost 12 weeks. I would have been alright with that if they had not been so incredibly difficult to work with. Just because you pay for something at their store, they feel under no obligation to refund if they can not provide it. There are too many other places in the cities that offer the same type of merchandise who do provide customer service for anybody to have to put up with what this shop does.

Im a larger breasted woman and can NEVER find my size so when I saw a commercial for this bra store advertising sizes A-H I thought it was a miracle of sorts. Until I went there and saw the prices.They sized me and brought me bras in my size and when I looked at the tag my jaw dropped, $80! For a normal everyday bra with no lace or anything flashy. I immediatly left. If you have deep pockets and big breasts this is the place to go, but not for someone who earns their paycheck by working her fingers to the bone. The prices range from $60 to $150 and most dont look like they will last three months.

After reading good reviews, I decided to check this place out and Im glad I did! I had the good fortune of being helped by Mel, who was wonderful and knew exactly what she was doing. I fell for the first 2 bras she brought me to try and didnt want to try any more after that. She had some great advice, and was so kind and professional. I am so happy with my experience at Allure Intimate Apparel, and will be a customer for a very long time!! If you are a chesty gal (like me), this is the perfect place for you to find a beautiful and comfortable bra!

Go to this place! This place is where every large breasted woman should go! They have all different sizes and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I first went there and loved it... Now my sisters and my coworkers love it! They know their bras! Yeah their prices are a little high, but for a good quality bra that lasts... the price is right! My sister is a 30G... very weird size, they were able to help her find one that worked for her! If you need a good bra this is the place to go!

This is the first time I have left a "bra fitting" with a smile on my face. I almost always leave in tears. To my surprise they fit, they actually looked sexy and they were comfortable! JoAnn the Manager was an abosolute joy to work with. I purchased three bras. They were 69.00- 99.00 each which is exactly what I spent at Macys in the past. These bras are extremely high quality and worth every penny. I will be back to buy more very soon.

I wish I had found this store years ago! An amazing experience through and through- wonderful staff, incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They helped me finally find my bra size and I am fully outfitted with a basic bra wardrobe. I have never owned a good sports bra and hated feeling trapped in ugly, poor fitting bras all my life. So thankful to have one good bra store to go to!

This is literally my favorite place to buy bras! They have bras for those of us that are gifted in the chest! The staff are VERY helpful and always accommodate me when I am looking for something new! Ditch VS and come here I dont know why I didnt know about this place earlier!

The service there is pretty good, except they could use more fitting rooms they only have 3. I am a 34dd, and i tryed on several bras and did not find one thatI wanted. They have a wide selection but can be pretty pricey. Id say try it out see if you can find a bra for you.

From long sleeve, frumpy flannel jammies, robes & sweaters to some pretty basic lingerie! Yay...I could have found everything & more at a local department store! Waste of time if youre looking for anything with garter belts or thats classified as "hot"!
