This was the worst experience I have ever had in the 60 years of wearing glasses. I spent $500 on glasses and lens, so I wasnt looking for the cheapest deal. I had to have my new lens redone multiple times due to very fast progressive cataracts. I would get the glasses and lens and I still could not see with them, Walmart sent me back to the optometrist, then I would come back with a different prescription, and I did this 3 different times, each time taking up to 2 weeks before I would get new lens. After the last time of still not seeing I went back to the optometrist and was told that I need to have cataract surgery. I stopped back and explained it to the girl at Walmart and was told that she would put notes in my file and at the time I realized that I had reach my warranty date. Knowing this the girl told me "This is Walmart, we are not out to get you", and silly me took her word for it. Now today I went back in to get my new prescription redone, assuming they will get me the lens that I need at no charge since I had no control over the issue at the beginning. Instead I got told that I would have to pay for new lens again, and that the Walmart policy was 60 days. I told them I could understand all of that if I had not came in and told them about the surgery and considering all of the issues prior with the multiple lens changes. At that point nothing that I was going to say was going to change this managers attitude, as she is yelling at me "Thats the policy" as I am walking out of the store!!! Beware!!!! and for Gods sake dont rock the POLICY!!!!!! After all "Walmart is not out to GET YOU" RIGHT....NOT!!!!
