I am a 24 year old female and have been buying glasses at InVision since 2008. I have had such a great experience over the years that I wanted share! First, the staff is amazing. Each of them remember me by name as well as the frames I have purchased in the past (even from years ago)! They are very up to date on the newest trends and have always picked my frames for me. It has always been such a fun experience trying on new styles. Second, I feel that though selection at InVision may not be as large as other stores, they have many more trendy choices. Each time I have picked out new glasses I am completely torn by at least two totally different pairs. Before buying my most recent pair of glasses, I visited several stores and felt the styles at InVision were consistently more attractive and unique. So if you are looking for unique, trendy, or bold glasses you must visit InVision!

Finally! Glasses that I love! I had worn contacts for nearly 40 years, but am no longer able to tolerate them. Finding glasses that I liked was a challenge. I bought a pair from one of the discount eyewear stores two years ago but was never satisfied with them. I think I shopped nearly every eyewear store in town to find frames I could love. When I stopped at InVision Minnetonka, Josh pulled three frames off the shelf, I settled on one, and just love my glasses. Josh had a remarkable ability to understand my preferences and suggest frames that fit both my strong prescription and my face. Truly exceptional service. I will buy all future glasses from InVision!

I was looking for a discontinued pair of Robert Marc frames. My local, very exclusive, optometry shop in Texas where I live could not find one. I called another shop and was told that there was no way to buy them as they were discontinued. I liked them so much that I even resorted to eBay. Finally I called Josh Barrett at InVision who offered to check other stores including New York. He found the last remaining pair in the United States. This kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Kudos to Josh. We should all strive to treat others in our daily lives so well.

Two great reasons to shop InVision Minnetonka: Josh and Sybil! While the InVision product selection is excellent, it truly is their staff that sets them apart. I have been an InVision Minnetonka customer for 13 years even though I have lived closer to the Edina location for the last 10. Eyewear is a very personal purchase and having two excellent opticians that know your preferences in style as well as what shapes and colors will actually look and work great long after the newness wears off is why I will always keep coming back to InVision Minnetonka.

Look at all the fake reviews here. When you see nothing but 5 star reviews with exclamation points you really have to roll your myopic eyeballs. I actually walked into this place during the noon hour and it was empty. The manager was condescending and confirmed to me that boutique shops like this make a huge profit based solely upon snob appeal. But this is a dinky, upscale-wannabe store located in an post-war era strip mall that can only wish it could be pretentious.

When I walked in the door 2 people were working neither greeted me. One person was with a client the other surfing the web. I looked around for about 10+ minutes waiting for someone to help me but no luck. Another customer walked in the door and the person on the computer got up and helped them. Both customers were there due to broken glasses so along with the horrible service I received I figured it was a good time to leave.

if you want your glasses to stand out from the crowd, this is the place to go. I get tons of compliments on my glasses and they dont let me walk out with something that doesnt look right on me. Other places will tell you everything looks good, when it clearly does not(just happened to my sister). I dont worry about that here.

Took over two weeks to get my glasses and then complained that I had trouble seeing. They convinced me that I should try them. Took them back last night and found out the lenses were cut wrong.
