I was in on Feb 13th and found a watch I wanted, but didnt have my card with me. I told the sales person Id be back in Rochester on friday. He said their valentines day sale ended the 15th, but if I came in on the 16th they would honor the deal that was to be. So I drove back over to Rochester on the 16th, went to the store and was told that the sale ended on the 15th, therefore the item was at full price again. what a load of bulls#*t!!! I drove 40 miles one way 80 miles total to be told they wouldnt honor the deal I had made on Wednesday. The watch was really the only thing I saw in the store that caught my eye. Everthing else in the store was very medeoricre. 1 Gibson guitar, the rest were basically pawn shop junk. no worthwhile cameras, no worthwhile amps or televisions. Ive pawn shopped all over the country and this was one of the dumpiest pawn shops Ive ever been in. The employees were gathered around the back counter in a herd, and didnt come out to help me until I asked. That was the same on both visits. Its too bad a town the size of Rochester has only 2 pawn shops and one of them National Pawn, is soooooo subpar.

A Private User

Pawn shops get a lot of crap from people because of the way the pawn business works. But heres the deal, if someone is in a pinch and needs money immediately, they can help you out. If that person puts themselves in a position not to be able to redeem their item, its their own fault. Period. I get great deals here, been doing business a long time and these guys are BY FAR the easiest to work with and they go out of their way to be fair to their customers. BEST shop in Roch, hands down.

I have done alot of business their since 1994, loved the old crew and managers. Since 7th St. closed and all the old help is gone its not the same great store it was. Some of the new people(from P.A.) are rude, and seem to care less about doing business when you come in. I dont go there anymore , not as good of deals or friendliness!

I was in there Feb. 28 for my girl seen a ring that she liked a week before. I wanted to surprise her and guessed her ring size and was off. She was able to take the ring back in and get the ring to the right size with no extra charge. They took care of her and me. Really good customer service

I stop in every week for their great deals. The employees are always so welcoming. All of their DVDs, video games, etc are alphabetized making it that much easier to find what youre looking for. I never leave empty-handed.

Fun In the sun

If you want jewlery never go to a store front this store can get your jewlery made NEW at a fraction of the price. I am lucky enough that I learned this early and they will always have my business when it comes to jewlery.

Employees have no idea what they are doing. All of the registers in their store did not work when we got there.
