My mom knows nothing about Ecigs and went there for a starter kit. The guy charged her $69.99 for a set that is 59.99 full retail and sells for $37 everywhere on the internet. I understand markup but when you mark it above retail, thats not cool. You dont keep customers by ripping them off. Youre just teaching them to go to the internet instead of your shop. Really, go to his store, look for the one you want and google it. Surprise, half the price!

Could barely get the guy off the phone to help me. Then treated like a nuisance, told me a different brand ecig cartridge would still fit my unit. It did not. Sadly it probably wasnt the owner G, who sounds like a good dude according to other reviews. Hard to get good help nowadays.

I came in there for the first time, i usually go to golden tobacco. I noticed this one was closer so i thought why not try it out. To find out the gentleman that helped me had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and hit on me. Im never going back there again.
