I Went in to get my i phone speaker fixed which they said they completed and tested. When I made a call later that day, the person on the other line said it was muffled which was the same issue as before. I could not get back to the store for a few days so I just used my speaker phone as I was doing previous to the fix. Today I came back and the guy that fixed it was off. So another worker - Adam tried to tell me it worked when I left the store as he tested it. I said it may have when I left but as soon as I made a call it did not. Now I was fine waiting for the same guy to work on it again and would have left and waited no problem but Adam was extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid 60 dollars which was fine. Even if they would have been polite and just said oh sorry your phone is not working lets try and fix the issue or lets wait till the repair guy is back Sunday...I would have been fine with that. Nope he effectively told me I was lying and its not under warranty anymore. I would not recommend going to this place as they are not reasonable and seem not to care about customer service. Very disappointed with how I was treated. The outcome may have been the same-bad phone but how Adam handled it was horrible. For that I would not recommend this place.

If you do happen to scroll down and see this please read. i went into the store today and honestly the moment i walked in it did not feel comfortable at all. i had a cracked iphone 6 and i asked them to repair it for me. the Guy working said it would be done 2-3 hours and he will call me when its done. well i never get a call so i have to drive to the store and find out that they couldnt fix my phone after waiting for 3 hours. and honestly the worse part is when i got there my phone was sitting in a bin ready and no one was near the phone. they were either on there phone or doing something else. i had to pay them 50 dollars for them to tell me they couldnt fix my phone. i might as well just gave them the 50$ to stare at my phone for 3 hours. please go somewhere else if you read this.

The person who helped me was a cool guy name Rick! Very patient and explaining everything to me, going out of his way to make sure he offered every solution to every scenario I would need. I felt like he was really trying to give me the best machine upgrades for what I needed. Some places feel like used car lots, just trying to sell, but you can tell when a person has a passion for his craft. He has a passion for technology and I left with what exactly I needed!! I am a photographer, DJ, Producer, and a program Coordinator with a New Lens mentoring. Rick hooked me up with the perfect upgrade for ALL my need aaaaaand a fair price!! Traveled from S. mpls just for him! 2 thumbs up from me!!

Very impressed with this place; far exceeded my exceptions. They seem to do all their repairs on site. The shop is immaculate and everyone I talked to there was very professional. (I could also sense their nerd cred was high) I had fallen down the stairs and landed on my Macbook Pro I was carrying. The Apple store called it a $1000+ fix, even though the computer still actually worked. I brought it into Device Pitstop and they replaced the case saving me a boatload. Macbook is back in shape once again.

I recently had my laptop fixed at Device Pitstop in Minnetonka. My son ruined my hard drive so it needed to be replaced. I dropped it off around noon on a Saturday and it was finished around noon two days later. They had to reload the operating system and I felt like I had a new laptop! It was upgraded and ready to go! They also cleaned my laptop which made my experience even better! I highly recommend Device Pitstop over "the other guys". The price was reasonable too!

Great experience and dedication to service. I originally brought in my HP desktop that was acting up, when I went to use my laptop to replace it, it started acting up, too. Not only did they get the desktop back working for a very reasonable price, Adam went out his way to help me figure out my laptop problems, at no charge. Having the same group of guys buying and selling devices and servicing them is miles ahead of the service black hole at those other places.

I was so pleased with my experience at Device Pitstop and particularly with Steve Sprague. He very patiently walked me through many steps that I was struggling with. I never felt rushed. He answered all my questions and explained things in a way that made sense to me (very few computer skills). I had a hard drive that was going bad on a Sunday, I was leaving on a business trip Monday morning, and I could not risk my computer not working while out of town. The guys at Device Pitstop knew exactly what to do. I dropped off my laptop Sunday morning and by early afternoon it was working perfectly. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and I will absolutely be using them anytime I have a technical challenge.

I brought my phone in because it wouldnt charge. They told me it was just clogged with lint, cleaned it out and sent me on my way at no cost. I plugged it in and it worked great. They could have easily told me that the charging house needed to be replaced and I would have went along with it but their honesty and integrity won them a customer moving forward. Ill bring all of my electronics to them from now on.

Highly recommend Device Pitstop!! I dealt with Rick & Robert, and they were so nice, and so helpful. Not to mention, FAST! I came in to the store kind of close to closing time with my sons iphone with a shattered screen. Knowing how important a phone is to a teenager, they got started right away and replaced the glass before closing!!
