The hunt for a wedding gown began last July at a&be! Our consultant was Emily and from the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly and felt that this store was run well and very organized. Emily made our party of about 8 very comfortable and worked with my daughter, also Emily, to find her "perfect dress". Emily really listened to my daughter in terms of what she wanted but also was able to bring in some dresses that might not have been the ones my daughter would have chosen just by looking at them as they were not quite "traditional". The ball gowns were modeled, the all lace dress was modeled and after about 5 more dresses, one of the ones that we thought would be a long shot for my daughter was tried on...almost immediately, my daughter gasped and the tears began to flow and my daughter announced...THIS IS THE ONE! So a gorgeous Hailey Paige was chosen as we all laughed and cried and Emily was with us through it all! Champagne was in order as we celebrated and Emily video taped the whole thing for us! I will never forget that day or how wonderful Emily was in making my daughter feel so special. We visited Emily again as my daughter chose a beautiful veil with little Swarovski crystals all over it and the perfect earrings. Even though this purchase was much less than the dress, Emily still made my daughter feel special as she completed her wedding ensemble. I highly recommend this store as they have so many beautiful choices and Emily is a very organized and caring consultant! Please choose A&be over any other store in looking for a wedding gown as once you go there your will not have to shop anywhere else! My experience at a&be bridal was amazing!!! Kristin was awesome, very personable, and a pleasure to work with. She asked all about what my wedding day would be like to get a sense for what I was looking for. She also gave me a little background on all of the designers in the store. I went to another bridal shop before this and I actually left because the customer service was so horrible. This shop is also very inviting and you can easily view the dresses and accessories. Kristin made sure I was looking for what I wanted, but also encouraged me to try things on that I may have not have been interested in when I walked in the door. I ended up finding the perfect dress along with a beautiful head piece, veil, & earrings. They have some pretty unique accessories to go along with their wonderful variety of dresses. Jordan also called the designer right when I was trying on dresses to see if I could add a small alteration to my dress as it was being made. Its nice to know that they have that immediate contact with the designer and can always get update on my order. I highly recommend this dress shop!!! I just happened to be in town visiting my soon to be family so they are actually shipping my dress back to California where I live when it is ready. Both Jordan and Kristin followed up on my order with me via email and its really nice to have that follow through and receive continual updates on such an important purchase. Thank you ladies for making my wedding dress shopping experience so fun and enjoyable!

I feel like I must start this review saying it is being written by a person who has been to every bridal shop in Milwaukee, along with a handful in Chicago and Madison. So about 15 bridal shops all together. A&be was by far my favorite. We made an appointment the first day we were in town. The shops was clean, open, and adorable. Our Consultant was Kristin. Kristin was beyond everything I could have hoped for in a consultant. She was so warm, patient and helpful. Not only with me but with my mom as well. She never made me feel rushed, and was so genuine with her opinion and interest in my appointment. I narrowed it down but couldnt decide between 2 and Kristin suggested coming back the next day to decide. When i returned the next morning Kristin allowed me to try on other dresses to be sure. One of those other dresses ended up being the one! Kristin was so understanding about me needing to come back the second day. She was genuinely understanding. (which in some bridal shops Ive experienced the eye roll when I explain I wasnt ready to decide.) I feel like I made a true friend with Kristin and felt like the entire time she had MY best interests at heart. We celebrated me saying "yes" with a champagne toasts and hugs:) The measuring was done by 2 consultants 3 seperate times to ensure they were right so i trust them completely! I cant wait to come back to the shop to pick up my dress!!!

Im so happy that I purchased my dress at a&be for a couple of reasons: -Initially when I called the store to make a last minute appointment, they were full but put me on the wait list. They followed up 2 days later to let me know that a spot opened up. I was a bit stressed having flown in from out of town right before my appointment and arriving before the store closed, but everyone at the store was relaxed and welcoming. -The store offers a variety of styles and budgets. So many dresses to choose from, and Becca was great about offering suggestions on what did/not work (I also appreciated the other team members sharing their opinions as well). I also liked that they work with a lot of up and coming designers. -Becca kindly and patiently answered all of my and my parents questions. -The shop is well-designed so you--and the dresses--arent squeezed in so tightly. You have the space to walk around and see yourself in a dress. Overall, it helped make for a very calm and fun experience. -Overall, Id highly recommend buying a dress from a&be. I worked with Becca and she was very sweet and helpful. Shes continued to follow up with me as we wrap up the process of getting the dress, so its been nice having her as a point of contact.

From the moment I called a&be they had me even more excited about wedding dress shopping than my own mother did. I had been traveling from Canada down to Florida and just so happens they were on the way! Once I showed up I was completely in awe of the entire bridal shop. Its cute, but sophisticated. Kristin was very energetic and had such an upbeat personality! I didnt feel pushed into trying on dresses I didnt want to and she was more than helpful with making sure my dresses were fitting correctly and tying the straps up for me, and of course, making sure my champagne glass was topped off ;) For the shipping it went extremely smooth and was delivered when expected. There was constant communication from Kristin to I to make sure I was in the loop with everything that was going on, when my dress was shipped to them and when it was shipped to me. My dress is beautiful and without flaw. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose a&be! Completely satisfied customer! - Cortney

I have had two appointments here and both have been nothing short of amazing! The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the dresses are STUNNING!! I dont think you could go wrong with any of the stylists but I must say that Rebecca was awesome! She made the experience really comfortable and enjoyable. She really listened to what I wanted and picked THE dress on her first try. It ended up being significantly under my max budget, yet exactly what I was looking for. She also found the perfect headpiece to complete my look. She had great advice and insight and made sure I found a dress I felt confident, comfortable, and beautiful in. After I purchased my gown I even received a very sweet, hand-written note from her, which really impressed me. She has also been great about keeping In touch through email throughout this process and is extremely prompt with responses. I cant say enough good things about this bridal boutique!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!
