I absolutely cannot stand this Walgreens with a sincere and strong opinion that everyone who works at the store could care less about us as customers. I just moved out to Forest Lake and this Pharmacy has given me so much trouble I had to give it a one-star. I never leave reviews but this one was called for one. I was on hold for them for over an hour and every time it would go through they put me back on hold and so then I called the store to talk to a manager and she acted like she was going to do something but then she put me on hold with the pharmacy once again. I have to children who have fevers they are twins who are 3 years old in the back of my van and I have no air conditioning working in my vehicle and this past hour has been the worst hour and I really regret having my medicine for my girls sent to this location. I will never be a customer here ever again I will gladly go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Very diesappointed with the pharmacy department today. Arrived at 6 pm with an already agreed refill of a medication over the phone minutes before and would not receive service as they had closed minutes before. Poor customer service.

I mean, Ive never had any trouble here. I went in, snagged some Vicks vapor rub, then left. I cant speak for the prescriptions, but the service was fine.

Been sitting in drive through for 22minutes sandwiched in between 7 cars..everytime i come for pick up takes atleast 15mins.
