I have been getting lash extensions for the last 2.5 years by someone amazing in Nashville. I recently stopped traveling back and forth to Nashville, therefore I needed to find someone closer to Woodbury where I live, so I decided to try Brooke Fleetwood at BB (three weeks ago) for a lash extension fill. Later that same night, my eye lids flared up. I could barely open my eyes the next morning! The lashes were pulling and hurting so badly that I knew I needed to have them removed quickly. I tried using benedryl, allergy eye drops, sudafed, and ibuprofen, and NOTHING worked! I ended up having them removed by a professional in Atlanta a day later, since I was out of town on business. Turns out Brooke had glued the lashes directly to my skin and glued all of my lashes together!! To those of you who do not know about lashing, the lashes are NEVER to be adhered to the skin... And are only to be applied directly to each individual lash. Due to Brookes application, I have lost about 40% of my natural lashes and have been diagnosed with Blepharitis. Basically my tear ducts and oil glands along my lash line are clogged due to being glued shut. Not only did she causing clogging of my oil glands and tear ducts, but due to her poor sanitation, she spread a lid infection to me from another client. I am now on prescription medication and keeping my hopes high that my lashes will grow back. Now, three weeks later, I still have not heard back from Brooke. She will not respond to my texts or phone calls. I have stopped into her studio twice, and she has been unavailable. She will not refund me! And has made no attempt to make this right with me. I want to make it clear to whoever is reading this that I am not the type of person to cause trouble for anyone. But Brookes practice is unethical.

Within 72 hours my lash extensions are off. Being a business owner myself I would never leave someone in the dark feeling unsatisfied especially when if they had a reaction like I did. I have styes on both of my eyes and have never had them before. No one offered to help me remove them, or refund me. I had to do it myself. If this would have been weeks after happening, I would understand no refund, but this happened within hours of being applied to my healthy lashes. I did this for a little pampering before Mothers Day, and Im left with puffy eyes that are infected. This review may have been differently if they showed an ounce of compassion to help me out. Im guessing cleanliness is the cause to this. Especially since the tech fed fish and then worked on my eyes, I didnt know I needed to keep tabs on making sure someone cleaned their own hands before pampering me. Such a disappointment. I will never go back, and its sad to say that, because I use to have such confidence in this beauty salon. I was told their was no way they could foresee this happening so they cant do anything about it, well I would hope you wouldnt foresee this happening, otherwise you would be out of a business. Please treat your clients with more respect and understanding. Im sure if I was a regular then I would be taken care of. Never again. Dont waste your time or money. I hope the tech that worked on me learns from this, as her boss really has shown her such a poor example of how a client should be treated.

I traveled all the way from Chicago, to go to BB. So worth the drive!! I wanted to have the brow blading procedure. 5 stars all the way. Walk in the door to beautiful ladies greeting me with smiles and asking me if Im excited (YESS I WAS) My husband went with me. I felt like I had stepped in to Barbies dream house....Can you saw AWESOME?! Um Yesss...it is. I had the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. My mother in law and my son came in shortly after I got there to watch...She even has a child friendly waiting area Just for kiddos .(Maybe my mil will get her brows done by Brooke too) Brooke told me every move she would make before she did anything. She made sure that the shape looked good on my face. I only wish Id have done this sooner. CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL , and FUN ...Thank you Brooke ...youre a real live Barbie Doll and I love you!! Brooke treated my daughter like a second class citizen for not wanting certain makeup that just wasnt her style - she had to wipe off foundation immediately in the car - it was two shades too dark and looked orange. I also want to point out that Brooke used dirty makeup brushes that obviously hadnt been cleaned in who-knows-how-long. My daughter has sensitive skin and broke out within an hour. All in all, she overbooks, and the place just lacks class. Theres not even a place to sit and wait - which is difficult when she overbooks and stacks people in the place. It feels like a "makeup mill". Was such a disappointing experience after all the hype. Overpriced and awkward experience. Dont go!

I had my eye lashes filled last week, and quickly had an allergic reaction. I reached out to the employee that filled my lashes and she responded once and then i never heard from her again. lashes should NEVER be adhered to the skin, and over 50% of mine are. This has caused pain, and almost 50% of my real lashes to fall out. I also would like to make it clear that this salon is not appropriate for children unless you enjoy having them listening to inappropriate music and swearing from owner and the staff. They also do not have the salon staffed during peak hours, my eye lash technician had to run and answer the phone and door almost 7 times during my session. I will not be back.

Bb make up changed my life. Not only did Brooke and the bb girls completely make me feel welcomed but they do a amazing job on makeup. The atmosphere is so uplifting and they are such bubbly and beautiful woman inside and out. Id recommend them to any friend or family member. Id recommend them to anyone. The makeup is reliable and has helped my skin incredibly. The brushes are top notch and every product Ive gotten has lasted me well longer then competition brands. They dont test on animals either which is huge!! They care about their customers and they will make you feel so beautiful. Highly recommend bb!!

Had a pretty good experience for my makeup lesson and love the make up I came home with...also had the BEST spray tan ever from BB..but not sure I will take them up on their deals they have when someone is in training again. I went in for lash extensions by a trainee and went home with clumpy, upside down lashes :( maybe that was how they were supposed to be, kind of messy, or maybe thats what happens with inexperience? Not sure but I definitely was disappointed because I was so excited to get such beautiful lashes at a discounted price. Hoping to return soon though.

I go back every other week to have my lashes filled and I wouldnt have anyone else do it. I never used to wear make up and had no idea how to apply it till I met Brooke. Brooke takes pride in her work and is very good at what she does. Everyone that walks out of BB has a smile on their face and is happy with the service theyve received.
