Poor customer service. Poor time management with their staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This was not the first time this happened. Always a long wait even when you have a set appointment. I called to set an appointment with bailey for 2:30pm. The girl I spoke to said she comes in at 2:30 and her first available appointment would be 2:30p. I get there at 2:30 and she just started pinning some girls hair getting it ready to cut. So what is the point of making a appointment when you still have to wait and have people cut in front of u. The girl in the front desk didnt have anything say nor did bailey. Ive been a loyal customer for years and can say that Ill be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

All the staff are amazing! They are knowledgeable in all aspects of hair styles, types and the products that are offered. This is the only place I will go for myself and my children. Yes they are busy, thats because this locations stylists are well loved and trusted. Thank you so much for 9 years of wonderful service (moved here in 2008)!!!

Great service if you actually get in. I called them from hwy 52 and 70th st. Was told over the phone that it would be an actual 10-15 min wait. Took exactly 5 mins to get there and told they were swamped and it would an hour before I could get a simple hair cut. Great salon, too bad time management is an issue with their staff.
