I am incredibly frustrated with CVS. I have had multiple negative experiences with CVS in general. I recently started going to the CVS inside Target off of Cliff. This one is near my daily travels and I figured I would give another location a shot. This sure strengthened my frustration with CVS! I have had my prescriptions filled at this location 5 times now (give or take). Every time I have gone in to pick up, they ring everything up wrong. They tell me that my copay is much higher than it has ever been. The first time I went to this CVS, this had happened, although it has never happened at another location. It took about 30 minutes, and many different tries for them to run my insurance through their system correctly. This is incredibly frustrating when I am just trying to pick something up during my lunch break. Lets just say that I didnt have time to eat lunch that day. I figured that I would give this location another shot. Last time it was my first time there, maybe that effects the system some how. Yet again, they run everything wrong, tried to charge me more, had to rerun it, I even called my insurance company to see if something was messed up! Which it wasnt. I continued to go to this location and unfortunately waste my time because I live in a remote city and this location is very close to my work. Yet again, today when I went to pick up a prescription, the SAME THING HAPPENED. I dont understand why it is so difficult for them to run my insurance correctly. Today, my time was wasted by a lady who looked up my info, went to pick up the bag, and didnt see it where it belongs. She looked in 4 other places, than went back to the first, and surprise. There it was. Where she looked but didnt look hard enough. Than of course the insurance issue happened. Of course the App hardly ever works as well, so refilling a prescription is always a pain. In my opinion, CVS is a terrible company. I have always had terrible customer service with EVERY employee I have encountered, my prescriptions are ALWAYS messed up, and now this location made my experience with CVS even worse by repeatedly messing up my insurance information. I highly recommend that you DO NOT attend this location, and steer AWAY from CVS completely.

Worse Pharmacy Staff, they hand the wrong prescriptions and then apgize and say the other brand is out of stock that MY doctor ordered from me. So instead of getting the the bottom of it I had to call around the stores to find what medication for my prescription they had on stock. I picked up these knockoff pills by Sandoz on Friday and its Saturday the beat the pharmacist of duty could offer was Monday if I brought in the snadoz medication which I am fine but, but I am not find waiting all weekend when I have a extremely anxious and long weekend and start of the week ahead of me.

I am so happy! My daughter got a prescription for a nasal spray and it cost $50. My Doctor gave us a coupon for that brand. After several attempts, the wonderful staff member at Target pharmacy got us our discount. Just when I was feeling like giving up on the whole medical and pharmaceutical state of the union, I was pleasantly surprised to know someone cares. Thank you so much for your extra care in helping my family!

Very quick and easy to send and pick up your prescription. They are very informative and helpful even for finding over the counter cold medicine. I love going here. Also: What some people dont understand is that it also depends on your attitude how well you will be treated.

Responded to a request to call them back regarding a prescription. Very short with me and told me to hold. After 6+ minutes I had to go on with my day. They could at least come back on line and let you know that it was going to take longer to talk to me.
