Was disappointed in them. Expected better after several good experiences with other family pharmacy locations. Not only are a couple of the front line staff consistently unfriendly and unsmiling but they give the impression that they are put out when a customer expects them to simply do their job.A couple of weeks ago I picked up a prescription which has very complicated directions and potentially dangerous side effects.With no explaination at all the person behind the counter just plunked it down in front of me and said,"Here you go" I had to insist that she give me the directions on how to use the product. A few days ago I had a question that required a call to my insurance company and the woman who rang me up couldnt be bothered to make the call-even at a later time-even though there was only one other customer in the store. Having said that, there are some good people there. One pharmacist is an outgoing people person, and Kelly, a younger brunette woman is very polite and takes the time to be sure customers needs are met, but since they arent always there, going into that store is a bit like playing roulette.

This family Pharmacy never has my meds I have to wait til they order them and pick them up the next day when the doctor wanted me to start my meds that day and 1 of meds when I call it in the answering machine always says I have no refills when I have 3 refills left on the meds this is the only family Pharmacy I have had trouble.and Ive been using family Pharmacy for over 3 yrs time to change pharmacys

I wish I can give more than 5 stars even when deliveries went out and it was closing an employee brought us my daughters meds and then found one she can have with out her allergen in it. We will now be going to family from now on. Much more personal than just a number
