After the awful experiences here, were switching to Walgreens. We moved to Burnsville last month and thought that using a pharmacy inside Target would be convenient. Its been anything BUT convenient. The staff clearly doesnt have a clue whats going on, since the change to being a CVS and they make it quite obvious theyre frustrated. Unfortunately, they take out their frustration on customers. This particular staff member was rude and disrespectful, tried to tell me I was confused and that I hadnt called the correct pharmacy. Eventually, after lots of unpleasant dialogue, I was, in fact, ,correct and the fault was on the pharmacy/staff. I was never given an apology for the rudeness and I left with NO medication. The icing on the cake is, I was out of medication and NEEDED it that day. When I called my doctors office the following morning to see if they had received the refill request from the pharmacy, they informed me that one was never sent. I will never be filling another RX here. Nobody deserves to be treated so rudely.

Have been trying to talk to a Pharmacist - called and had to listen to Target pre-recorded message, it was annoying to listen to new hours for the Holidays over and over again - I finally decided to press "0" Zero and thankfully got someone to answer the phone - never once did the message tell me to press zero!! Who ever is in charge if this piece of marketing needs to listen to message - would be surprised if they thought it was a great job. Annoying!!!!

Went in a few months ago because my regular pharmacy was out of the Flu vaccine - they had me in and out of there very quickly!
