I am giving them the benefit of doubt. We were from another state and our Doctor tried numerous times to send 6 months worth of prescriptions to this pharmacy. It seems as if CVSs system would only let us refill 1X instead of the 6X refills the doctor requested although one of the medicines manage to slip in 3X refills. It took 3 to 4 calls to the pharmacy and just as many to the Doctor for this to happen. I finally switched everything over to Walgreens (I figure our Doctors time is valuable and shouldnt be wasted on this) then I get a text from CVS to pick up a prescription they filled. Even though I shouldnt have had a prescription filled after requesting everything go to Walgreens I decided I might as well pick that one up from CVS since they had it filled. Went to pick it up and they looked around for 5 minutes and couldnt find it anywhere. They asked me to stick around so they could redo it, I politely declined and went to Walgreens for it. I left the part out that Walgreens had to call this pharmacy 4X for them to send the prescriptions to them! I think it is scary this place is in charge of filling peoples prescriptions....I dislike making negative comments on reviews but it being a pharmacy I think people should be warned....

I never have to wait more than 15 minutes for my prescription and everyone there is so nice. I was worried when they switched to cvs everything would change. As when I go to an actual cvs in the area I have had to wait hours for my prescription. I do miss the red easy open bottles target pharmacy used to use and hope cvs switches to those bottles.
