Dont know why this place has such good ratings, I am no longer a customer due this this location. I went in, looking for an energy supplement that would actually give me a long lasting boost. The (I believe) manager pointed us to "cardio cuts" and swore on it, stated his girlfriend who drank 3 monsters a day switched to this product. We also drank a lot of energy drinks daily, so we took his word that this product would work. We then went and paid for this product, we signed up for GNC rewards and paid cash, the same employee (name might be Brandon, had tattoos on his arms) who recommended cardio cuts to us, crumpled our receipt and threw it in the trash and did not ask if we wanted the receipt when he did so. This product didnt give us any energy, it just made us pee every (no joke) 2 minutes. Called the GNC in CG, the next day and spoke to the guy who sold it to us, he stated we could not return this without a receipt and that he did not crumple our receipt up. I asked could he refund us throw GNC rewards, because we did buy it using our rewards he said no and that he could only give us in store credit. We went to a different GNC and got our money back with no hassel at all.
