In the past Ive been able to get some decent help regarding my nook and applications for it. Today though both of the girls at the service counter were more than snippy when I asked how to use the "Overdrive" application on the nook. Not only did they not want to help with the application, they were just flat out rude. Little do they know that we are "Kids Club Members, still purchase "Nook" books, basically we spend hundreds of dollars in store each year and just as much on the nook. We will NOT be stepping foot into this Barnes & Noble for many years to come. That will be driving out of our way or ordering more books from Amazon.

We came into purchase 2 nooks for our family. Caroline assisted us. She didnt try to sell us the most expensive, she found us the right ones for our needs. She told us about the sale on the screen protectors. She didnt push the cases when I said we were going to buy them elsewhere. She explained the warnity that came with it and what the extended warnity covered. She set us up with Lucy to put on our new screen protectors. We had an excellent experience! One of my few "happy places" around the Cities. Nice-sized childrens area, pretty great graphic novel selection, large magazine area, many journals, games, puzzles, and Funkos to choose from. Only downside is theres no area for movies/CDs and their shelf for books that have to do with behind-the-scenes of TV shows and movies is extremely limited with multiple copies of almost every title. The graphic novels can be expensive, but its Marvel and DC. Thats to be expected.

Very irritated with this location. I reserved a book online and had until tomorrow to pickup. Went in today to get it and they are sold out and they "think" they must have taken my copy from back and giving to a customer in store. So I wasted my time driving here from Minneapolis because they dont understand what the point of holding an item is.

What happened to the chairs you can actually sit in and be comfortable? I am always in here waiting for my family to pick out their next book. I like to wait in the comfortable chairs instead of the benches. Good magazine collection.
