I came across SnapSports at the state fair talked with Alan, he asked me to write down my contact information in a notebook so he could reach out when the fair was over. Two weeks after the fair was over and no call I decided to reach back out and scheduled a time to meet at my home during the work week. SnapSports came out and I left work to meet with Alan after meeting for a half hour or so Alan asked me to write down my email address in the same notebook I wrote it down in at the state fair so he could send me a bid. Here we are 3 weeks later and he hasnt followed back up once. Still no bid. SnapSports competitor came out and gave me a quote the same day. Way better customer experience!

Ended up just coming across SnapSports MN and wasnt even in the market at the time for a game court but with such great customer service and prices more reasonable than everyone I had talked to about a game court in the past, I couldnt pass up the opportunity! Alan was great to work with, reasonable, and overall very helpful and easy to accommodate with. The court turned out amazing and my kids just love it! I will definitely be recommending SnapSports MN to anyone in the market for a great game court in the future!

Alan was great to work with on sport court and garage epoxy. We bid the project out between Sport Court and Snap Court and saved considerable $$$ with Snap Court for same product. We could not be happier with the product and service.
