Just went and purchased a trampoline. We figured we could get in and out on my lunch break. That was not the case. We had a worker in the store watching us struggle getting the box in a cart. I asked for assistance and no one came. We finally got the box in the cart and to the front when a man was standing there saying, No one was answering about needing help when he could have walked 10 steps and seen where we were. If you are in a rush or need help getting something, this is NOT the store to shop. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Went to buy a knife behind the counter. I went early when they opened hoping I wouldnt have to wait. Get there and only one person behind that massive counter of guns and knives. He was selling a gun to someone but would stop frequently to talk about other guns which he had no intention on purchasing. Stood there a good half hour just wanted my knife and wanted to go. Went to customer service hoping for someone else to help me and they said sorry if its behind the counter we cant help. So I left. They forever lost my business!

5 stars for the rest of the Hunt & Fish department, 1 star for Mr. Craig. I called this store after not finding my item at the Sherwood store. My call was assisted by Craig who assured that there were indeed FIVE in stock for my item. So I drive there all the way from Sherwood to get this dear stand, when in fact, there was not a single one in the store. Todays experience was unprofessional and a waist of time and gas. Please dont lie to your customers Craig. I even asked you twice to make sure we were clear.

Husband went in to buy a muzzleloader. There were several guys standing around doing nothing but talking behind the gun counter and no one offered to help him. He politely asked one (as they walked by ignoring him) if they could show him a gun to which the employee replied, "ill be with you in a minute" and went to where the others were gathered and kept talking. Five minutes later, my husband left the store. Pitiful customer service.

Was accosted by staff upon leaving and accused of shoplifting tho there was no stolen merchandise and a gift card was used for payment. Will never use the balance or frequent this horrible chain again! Beware!
