I get my hair done at the salon and Ashley does a great job as does Lisa who cuts my Mothers hair. I have never been in the store and been ignored, nor have I had anyone treat me badly in any way. I always get hellos, smiles and asked if I need help from the employees. The other negative comments seem odd to me. The first time I went to the store I was desperate to find a solution to my red/itchy irritated facial skin. I had been to the Dermatologist and they made it worse or actually caused the problem with their creams. The Dermalogica representative was very concerned and helped me find a cream to soothe my skin. I am still using that cream and thank her in my mind every day.

I will never shop at this location again. The staff are incredibly rude; they walk around with a condescending attitude and get upset if they have to help a customer. One employee refused to give me a free gift that came with a purchase of a certain amount, then proceeded to try to begin an argument with me when I showed her the actual Ulta ad, stating the terms of the free gift. Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything and after spending too much money at this particular location since they opened, Ive decided its worth the gas to drive to the Ann Arbor Sephora.

Rude employees. I had two ugly incidents in one day at this location. Having experienced different ulta locations, this is by far the worst. They also do not restock very often and leave many products broken without cleaning them. Unless you show up in nice clothes and a full face of makeup, or buy a ton, the majority of employees are bitter

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whatsoever! My friend and I were walking the aisles of their high end makeup for over 40 min, without any associates coming to see if we needed help. Or to see if we had questions! I was in the mood to blow some hard earned money on makeup but with service like that I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I havent had any problems with the customer service at this Ulta location. I always get approached by several employees asking if I need any help. The only issue I noticed is that their products arent always stocked, but whenever I cant find something, an associate has always come right over and looked to see if they had it in stock.

I hate this Ulta. All the employees are snooty and rude af. I also get ignored quite frequently and Im not sure why. The store feels very crammed too. The employees are EXTREMELY bad about matching deeper skin tones, they need some WOC on staff because if none of them can match why are they even there?

Received excellent service from a lovely woman named Barbara. She represents IT cosmetics and was so helpful and nice! She really went above and beyond what i expected and Im so greatful because Ive never felt more beautiful with the make up that she recommended. Thank you Barb.

customer service isnt the best. some of the women make me feel like I am bothering them and that they hate their job. its close by so I only buy a few things if I need more I go to another ultra. its always dead in there maybe they need another class on customer service

Incredibly angry after attempting to shop here the saturday before Christmas. My coupon wouldnt load and the manager on duty basically told me I was S.O.L. Thanks for nothing!
