Every time I go to this Ulta, I encounter sales associates that do not know what they are talking about. For example I went get the anastasia renaissance palette and was told by a couple of the workers that they just have the palette on display and they dont sell them...?_?..um okay that makes no sense at all. Another similar thing happened today, where I went into the store and asked about the UD Ultimate basics palette and the sales lady told me they couldnt bring it out until the next day (9/23) even though the Ulta website said they would be available on Sept 22nd in stores. I told this to the sales person and she talked to her coworker in the back and confirmed that in fact they were available today. I asked her if I could swatch the palette before buying it and she told me "we dont have a sample to swatch" -_-, so yeah that was the last straw...I guess I will have to take my money to Sephora instead. You guys should train/educate your sales associates.

I had 2189 points which is worth 125$. I came up to the register and specified this "do I need to spend more then 125$ to use my 2000 point reward today ?" Lady said " no, I will use all the points and you will have some left over, you are covered". You new total is 20$. How was it 20$ if I had a 125$ reward and only spend 120 today? Well because she doesnt know how to do her job, after calling customer service I found out that the answer to my original question was yes. Yes you have to spend 125$ or more to redeem 2000 points, which meant that I just lost 20 of points and paid 20$ extra on top of that. What a joke, everybody who works at the register should know basic policy. People spend 2,000$ just to get 2000 points the least you could do is not waist our money ! Train your employees better. To manager: her name was Cassandra and I say this with love, learn your trade.

I went to the Salon at Ulta Beauty yesterday thinking u had booked an appointment online for 11:45. Turns out my appointment was for next Sunday, but Larry still worked me in and did an AMAZING job on my hair! Usually I have a terrible time explaining to stylists what I want, but he had no trouble and when he was finished it was exactly what I wanted if not better. He also has an easy way about him that made me feel like I was talking to a friend while he was working on my hair. I never felt awkward or nervous. Thanks for making me feel great, Larry!!!

Yikes, the girls at this store are really stupid. That is a harsh word that I use with cation, but it is so necessary in this case. Emily with black make up and the other cashier with huge eyebrows and light brown hair are shockingly clueless about any product Ulta carries. I was so offended by their poor customer service and how messy this location is. Do your self a favor and travel the few extra miles to another Ulta location! That way you can actually have an enjoyable experience while shopping.

I went in to Ulta tonight looking for a new way to cover up the acne scars on my face. Melissa was SO helpful! She stayed in my budget to find the perfect concealer, liquid makeup and blush for me! She was wonderful and really listened to what I wanted and did everything she could to make me walk out of there feeling my most beautiful self! If you need an expert opinion go to Melissa, she rocks!

This is the ultimate Ulta store. I was surprised how much bigger it is than the store I usually go to. It was less crowded as well. When I walked in the store I knew what I wanted to buy, but then I was pleasantly surprised at the extended variety and ended up buying several other goodies. I like the store associates here because they were available but not hovering. I will definitely go back.

Came here to pick up some Bare Minerals foundation so I didnt have to run to the mall. Big mistake. After looking for someone to help me for 15 minutes, I left. Ive been to many Ultas and have never had such terrible service. Dont go to this location!
