The pricing at this place literally angered me to the point i let it be known to whatever employee would listen..or not, but I voiced it anyway The cashier admited that they e-search nearly every single item that comes into the store. This is a Goodwill store (you know, to help the poor or less fortunate), not a high end antique mall. The problem comes when you have inexperienced management and workers doing random, loosely based searches and pricing upon that. I have a lot of brick and mortar - to internet resale experience so am pretty familiar with current market trends, values and conditions. I was so in-awe at their pricing structure that I started comparing "sold for" prices on ebay vs what Goodwill was asking and it was pretty appalling. It was the same for nearly every item I searched: Ebay- NWT sold for $3.99 + 1.99 shipping, Goodwill- $17.99 heavily wash faded and unraveled seams. Note to Goodwill: pricing is based upon current market demand, not what an item was priced new for at Macys a decade ago. An effective way to search current market demand is go to a site like ebay, input the item and (now this is the MOST IMPORTANT part) filter the search by sold and completed items. This will pull up what items recently sold for/ present market values . An items value is NOT determined by an ebays BIN price or some seller on Amazon asking 20x its current value. Lastly, mgmt of these resale shops get it in their heads that people are buying and reselling so they want to cut out the middle man and make the money for themselves. News flash- these online resellers probably make as much as your cashier annually. Nobody is getting rich reselling a pair of jeans. Your stores entire value system was based upon helping the comminity. You are not an antique shop. What you ARE is taking advantage of the poor. Goodwill is given donations on the basis that they are helping those less fortunate. You are turning around and selling these peoples items for top dollar to fatten Mgmt and CEO paychecks. This place is a joke. I suggest managment take a few business courses along with ethics at the local comminity college.

The prices have gone up and some of the employees are too rude for my liking. If someone cant handle stressful situations without losing their cool then I dont think working in retail is the best thing to do. There is a nice selection of vinyls, but one of the previous reviewers on here is right, its a messy setup you all have going on. You shouldnt stack so many old records on top of each other. Even if they are scratched when you receive them stacking will only make them worse off. No one wants a warped record. Its a pet peeve I have for most thrift stores, though. If you are striving to have your store above the others Id suggest making sure your staff is full of friendly people and setting your items up neater. The far left side of the store could be tidier. Also, some new shelves that allow you to fit ALL the records in a leaning fashion rather than stacking would help make your store look more put together as well.

I went in there one day to look at some speakers and I noticed that a speaker was damaged and needed to be took off the shelf. The lady that was working said they tested it before it went out... Well I told her it would still make noise but the whole foam was missing around the speaker and that it would produce a sound that doesnt sound right. She said she will check it again. I come in the next week and they are trying to sell it still for the 30 dollars!!! They are ripping people off. If you clearly see that its damaged and still try to sell it then to me they are crooks. I will never shop there again and suggest not buy anything electronic from there.

Been to this location to drop off or donate several really nice pieces of furniture valued at several thousand dollars and they wouldnt accept it because the legs werent screwed on. Really. I had the screws but the boy couldnt screw on 8 nuts. Sounds like they really dont want to stay around long if theyre turning away great valuable merchandise. 1st time I went to this location a few weeks ago with another truck load. Left because I was waiting more than 30 minutes for them to have people sort there 5 bags of stuff. Thanks but Ill take my stuff elsewhere where its appreciated

Just attempted to do a drop off of donations. Not the first time coming here and doing so, yet was just turned away by the rudest woman. I had no idea they close this early, and all that had to be said was the obvious, I would have gladly came back tomorrow. Due to this ladys attitude and the way she spoke to me, I will stick with Salvation Army from now on.

Its really clean for a thrift store. They are a little over priced. But easy to find things your looking for and well organized but like I said they are a little overpriced for getting free merchandise and it being used. But if you can find something you love with color of the day it can be a good deal

Some of the prices at this store are ridiculously expensive for resale items. When it first opened it was more organized. Shopped here recently and it was like attending an overpriced garage sale. $149 for a used recliner. The bonus here is the service. A friendly and helpful cashier.

Second time I have been to this store, second time I had a rude and grouchy cashier. I wanted to ask a question about a piece of furniture but, I didnt want to bother Ms. Grouch with a question. Store does not make you feel welcomed at all.

Its a little expensive, but its so much cleaner and better-smelling than similar secondhand stores. The music isnt blaring Christian music, which is a plus for me. All the clothes Ive found here are in great condition to this day.

Love this store. The rewards program is a bonus. I hope the prices stay reasonable. I have stopped shopping at other thrift stores because of high prices.

They have a good selection most of the time but you have to keep coming on different days to see whats new. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Constantly met with bad attitudes. Why the cashier insists on giving her opinion of me buying a mens sweatshirt when Im a girl is beyond me.

Prices are too high, same stuff on shelves week to week. Supposed to be a thrift store, some of the prices equate to depa8stores.
