I bought tires for my Cayman S here, no problem with the tire or the installation except for one important fact, the TPMS sensors were dying. The tech mentioned some nonsense about taking it to the Porsche dealership after I picked up the car. I blame myself for not researching it beforehand, the sensors are sealed and have to be replaced-no batteries to swap-and the sensors were obviously failing when I dropped it off for the new tires. That being said, had to order the tires, wasnt in a real rush to get them installed and these are the professionals, correct? Long story short, the tires are already mounted and balanced and Im not only going to have to pay for the new sensors, Im also going to have to pay to have the tires pulled and the new sensors installed.I was so disgusted I took the car down to Belle Tire to have the new sensors installed, needless to say I wont ever do business with Discount Tire in the future. The other thing about Belle, they are a local chain, unlike Discount Tire.

We live close so have always bought our tires from here. Unfortunately it seems that over the last few years that quality and service have deteriorated. Had to replace all 4 tires on separate incidences of tires they sold us within 9 months of getting them installed. Of course they claim it was always something else that caused the issue so they would not replace for a discount. Less than 30,000 miles on another set of tires (different vehicle) and again they say we need new tires due to alignment issues. My concern is that they rotate the same tires and have not noticed any wear until the tires are down to the steel core. It couldnt have happened instantly over the last few months. Pure neglect on their part. I definitely wont be getting any additional tires from here.

I have purchased tires from this location many times in the past in the past. Last week I purchased a set of four, upgrading to Michelins as per suggested. I also asked the tech. to check the TPMS system as There is a light on the dash. I told him I believe one of the wheel sensors were bad. he said he would check it out. On returning to pick up my vehicle the light was still on. After talking to the same tech he said "If the light is still on" as I already told him it was, he said "bring it back and well look at it." I am upset because I dropped the truck off to get it fixed the first time, not to keep making appointments.I wont be coming back to this store.

So I want to start by stating I made an appointment to have a tire repaired. I was waiting for 45 minutes before they finally took my car in to service it. I find out I need a replacement, no big deal. However they want to charge $300 for a tire on a crossover. They were friendly enough, but prices have gotten ridiculous. And whats the point of setting an appointment if its still first come first serve?

I bought new ties there for my Taurus & was happy with the price i paid. 2 different times I ended up with bolts in a tire & the 1st tire could not be patched so i had to get a new tire & only had to pay $32 as opposed to $132. The 2nd was patched & didnt cost me anything. Good service, but you may wait an hour or so. Its a busy place!

If you have tire problems go here! They are very friendly and in my experience fast. They are also very helpful explaining things to me- who knows nothing at all about cars. Most of the time if the repair is simple they will do it for free. Great employees!

Great customer service and very helpful. Walked in the store at 8 oclock drove out of the parking lot @ 8:30 with four brand-new tires. Ive been here several times with other vehicles never had a problem

Highly recommended by local mechanics, but they are unable to align commercial sprinters and will send you you to the Allen Park location. Good for tires and alignments for personal vehicles.
