I have been shopping at Big Lot ever since I can remember . I have always enjoyed going to one of your stores. You have a variety of thing,and with good quality and wonderful prices. If there was ever a problem it was taken care of immediately. Your staff is always very helpful and friendly. keep up the good work. The only thing I dont like is , no matter where I have lived I just cant seem to get sales paper. Also it would be nice if people could order furnishings or what ever on line.

Outstanding people who work there. Always trying to accommodate your needs and wants. For the person who posted about the store being dirty. Its people like you who come into the store pick something up from one area and put it in a totally different area or when looking a shower or window curtains and throw it on the bottom shelf instead of putting it right back from where you grabbed it from!

Their inventory changes every so often, so you can get rotating deals on certain products. Usually never too crowded. Cleanly and staff is helpful. Although some things are actually more expensive here than other places. Do your research. The K-mart next door might actually have a better deal

Loved the convenience and the prices where pretty great but the customer service was horrid. Had to wait in line an extra 10 min. B/c the cashier decided to do his store announcement and take a phone call in the middle of checking us out! Poor store etiquette right there.

Big Lots has improved so much over the years. They carry a lot more items, and overall the service is very good. Most times when I am in there, its usually busy and a line in the registers. Either way, the store is clean and staff are great. The Prices are very good too.

Big store, Lots of things. Prices are standard and on the cheaper end, they have a large variety of items. Staff doesnt bug you, checking out was easy with short lines.

Checkout operator didnt smile or acknowledge me. Over charged me by ringing up one item twice. Went back in to get my difference.. Same operator no smile or hi.

Really nice in the furniture selection associate was great at just taking to time to find a nice couch just for what I needed.
