My daughter had me delivered a balloon bouquet for my 40th birthday. Balloons arrived deflated. We contacted the store the next day. I was told to bring the balloons back to the store. Really? I didnt pick the balloons up! I was refunded the cost of the balloons HOWEVER no apology was given. You did ruin my birthday gift from my daughter so apology would have been appreciate.

I live in Ohio, but I order from this location to deliver to my daughter in St. Clair Shores, MI. They always do a top-notch job, and my daughter and her family are always thrilled with the freshness and deliciousness of their arrangements. They always have my information stored, so it makes ordering so easy!!! They have a customer in me for life!

Buyer beware! So disgusting find a long blond hair in my strawberry box, Call and talk to management and told to bring box back. So we did. They then gave us the same box back, but had taken the hair out of it. Nice way of ruining my Valentines Anniversary gift. So GROSS!

Placed a last minute order for a co-workers birthday. Had doubts that it they would be able to deliver it same day. Was very pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call to see when it was needed. My co-worker received it and was quite delighted. Well done!!

The order was delivered very fast I was so shock at how quick they called me to confirm. The only thing I didnt like was the balloon. I picked a different type and size they did attach a balloon so I was still happy. Great fast service!
