I LOVE this shoppe!!! Cindy is seriously the best florist I have ever worked with. I came to her after dealing with a less then nice florist shoppe and Cindy was so nice. Her floral arrangements are absolutely beautiful! You will not be disappointed with the service or quality of arrangements you will receive! Stop in and talk with the owners at Up-Towne Flowers & Gift Shoppe. They work in the store and care about the customer... once again I LOVE them!!

This was my first experience ordering from Up-Towne Flowers and I will order from them anytime! I wanted something special for my brothers funeral from our family and another special one from my sister and I. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful! I have been ordering flowers from this Florist for the last 10 years. The designs were quite impressive and worked well since my Girlfriend, who was the original recipient of the beautiful arrangements became my Wife :-) The Shoppe Staff has always been very friendly and they made sure that the flowers always arrive on time and to the right destination. I think that the pricing is competitive but the Service is truly outstanding.

This place is a hidden treasure trove of more than just flowers! I loved their purses and jewelry! OMG! Who knew a flower shop would have these things. I went there for a friends funeral arrangement. They charged me at least double what they should have (according to two other florists) and the arrangement they sent was not at all what we discussed. I contacted them about a price adjustment and they never got back to me. Horrible experience.
