We sat down, cleaned our table and ordered our food after a lengthy wait on the waitress. I ordered a soup wanting it before my meal and it was never served. When another waitress brought out our food she literally dropped the plates onto the tables and was talking to herself saying " I should get a raise for doing this". I told the lady she didnt bring out my soup and please substitute with macaroni and cheese. She said OK. We started eating. I ordered the Chicken fried Chicken and I was brought the country fried steak. I didnt complain, I just ate it. My wifes meatloaf was cold to the touch! All the side dishes was cool. We waited a long time until I was able to flag down a manager who reheated the meatloaf plate to lukewarm!! Then I had to ask for my macaroni and cheese that wasnt brought. You have to understand by now, half my food was eaten by this time. Then we had to get a hold of another waitress to get the first refills on our drinks. We still didnt see our waitress after we finished eating and I wanted some jelly to go with the biscuits. We had to flag down the other waitress to bring us some. By the time our waitress finally brought us our check, we decide we already talked to a manager, the waitress was a 4 star , and if the overall service was this bad, the issues was far beyond me complaining. This was a great place to eat and bring family and friends. I have had several business meeting here along with church fellowships in the past. We have started coming here because I enjoy the food but the last several times we have had bad experiences enough for me to write this letter. We have decided that we will not be back. Every time I see a Cracker Barrel sign, I think about my last experience and it turns my stomach. I am reading local reviews and many people are having the same experiences and worst than mine. Please contact your board of directors and let them know that the quality of this store is at rock bottom and no seems to care enough to do anything about it. Management has failed or they are the cause.

To go experience was horrid called at 10 a the woman I spoke with informed me of a 20 minute wait I arrived at 10 35 a and walked up to the checkout counter to pay for my food and to inform them I was here for an pick up before I was told my total I was asked how to spell my name which I didnt quite understand but I went along w it as I was waiting I am being watched by staff after 15 to 20 minutes a woman approached me and questioned have I been helped by this point I feel uncomfortable and an racial tension I then told her I was waiting on my to go order she then walked me up to the checkout counter and told them I was here for an pick up which I had already done (extremely insulting) I received looks from head to toe in which I had an Nubian head wrap on my head smh theres a very high chance I will not be returning back to this location despite the fact its close to my home

Great place for country food...breakfast all day, lunch, or dinner. Special was corned-beef and cabbage. The meat was almost 1/4 " thick, 2 slices that melt in you mouth. Almost the best roasted corned-beef I have ever tasted. Came with about 1/3 head of well cooked cabbage (very good, but I had to take 1/2 home) and three medium potatoes and roasted carrots. Corn muffins or biscuits. Oh, so good and so full when leaving. They have great desserts, but I couldnt hold anymore. You wont leave hungry. We always enjoy walking around the store, after eating.

Was very disappointed in my recent visit (last night). My food was so terrible I couldnt eat it. I sent it back twice before giving up, and was still charged for it. When I brought up the charge at the register the manager took so long to appear that I was ready to just pay it and get out of there. Upon returning home my husband felt ill and has been vomiting all night. Something has gone horribly wrong with this place and it should be avoided until they pull it back together.

All Cravler Barrels are noisy. I dont like acoustics. Menu changes a little Food is home style. Cotmbread,Greens n Beans, my fav. Salads look and taste anemic. Sweet potato casserole very good. I also shop there, I find very fun and unique gifts and even clothes. . FREE GIFT WRAP. Lily is my favorite floor clerk. Did you know you can RENT books on tape/ cds? Drop off at another Cracker Barrel. Sanity saver on long n lonely freeway standstills...

Honestly, Ill always remember groing up and going to Cracker Barrel with fond memories. That having been said with the options that are out there now, for the price there are much better options. Do a Google search for breakfast and you will find so many local resteraunts with much better food at a similar price point. Be adventurous, try something new. More often than not youll be glad you did, and youll be helping local business.

3 stars because my partner wont go there (this location only) after several unfortunate experiences but this time was nice. Went with my aunt. Allie was very amiable and attentive! Campfire beef is where its at. I always like the Friday cod. Do NOT buy the apple cider, it tastes like a few table spoons of apple juice in a glass of brown water. Not what it use to be back in the day.

So my wifes food comes out and theres a giant hair on her sausage , they take the plate back and 15 seconds later a new plate came out. Come on its obviously it was taken back and the hair was taken off that quick. Then they gave us a free orange juice and still charged us for the meal. Im never bringing my family back here. Im sitting here with 12 ppl. Do not go here Dirty Dinning

Always enjoy dining at a Cracker Barrel! The server was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. .. except for the "creamy mashed potatoes". Third and final try for them. The open face roast beef sandwich is great but the mashed potatoes are the texture of a baked potato. Will get a different side from now on; no matter what the entree may be.

Love everything about having a Brunch here, the only thing, I would say although it look like having a bunch of options is the same food for every plate we ordered. The reason? Is a traditional American breakfast place, is just bacon, sausage (Patty or link), steak or chicken... and so on. But overall, tasteful and really good customer service.

service today was bad forgotto bring hashrowns with meal had to request them twice slow check out manager trying to comp check for customer who had a complaint manager semed confused and using only two cash register only two open waited 5 to7 min ffinally gave 20$ to cashier left bill was 19.75

Small portions, cool food, mediocre service. Was a bad experience. Last few times Ive stopped at Cracker Barrel Ive been very disappointed. I believe this one has sealed the deal.for me...no more Cracker Barrel. There are too many other choices.
