Ick! I was last in this store three months ago. As I was getting into the checkout line the cashier sneezed, blew his nose into a tissue and asked if he could help. "As soon as you excuse yourself to go and wash your hands," I answered. His rejoinder, "Didnt you see I used this hand sanitizer?" I had but he, apparently, did not know such products are for use when soap and water are not available and most are not anti-viral. I left the store without my selections and used WholeFoods "Local Store Experience" web page to report the problem. In an eMail response, the store manager (Store Team Leader) agreed that this did not meet their standards. I had not been to this store since March but returned yesterday and, believe it or not, the same thing happened. Again, I left without my selections. What irony! Pay a premium price for wholesome organic food and ignore the risk of it being contaminated by store personnel dont understand basic principles of hygiene.

This store is unbelievable...the PEOPLE are incredible. In particular Diana at the Holiday Table. Because of unforeseen circumstances my mother in law ended up alone on Thanksgiving (age 82). I live in Miami, and I frantically called EVERYWHERE (Papa Joes, Plum Market, Ruths Chris) to see if I could get a meal delivered to her. Nobody cared...Plum Market said no and didnt care. Papa Joes said no and didnt care. Then I called Whole Foods and spoke to Diana at the Holiday Table. She cared! She delivered it personally because they dont have a delivery service. How amazing is that? I am so grateful that there are still people like Diane in this world and grocery stores like Whole Foods who allowed her to help me. Thank you!

First and foremost just let me say I LOVE Whole Foods Market. But this store is terrible. My first time in the store a few weeks ago I was in the BULK section and the ceiling was leaking at a very alarming rate. Sad right. Okay just last night I was in the store and saw not ONE but TWO Roaches crawling around by the baby food. I told skinny manager with glasses who says he runs grocery but he didnt seem to care. I am sure the roaches were real I have taken pictures and sent it to the coorporate office in Texas, they have yet to get back to me. Just be careful.

My first shopping excursion to Whole Foods. I was a bit lost and had a few unusual items on my list which included probiotic sauerkraut, brazil nuts, shirataki noodles, agar agar noodles and keto stix. I had AT LEAST 3 employees offer to help me, and two offered up immediate, polite and friendly assistance when I asked for it. It was a Very Good shopping experience. Note: They do not carry keto stix but maybe should, and kelp noodles are the oddest food, texture wise, ive ever before eaten. ALSO how did my 5 items total $70???!

Whole Foods Troy is a better than average grocery store. I am only disappointed that this one doesnt have gelato and coffee. Im happy they are building a new one down the street so that is going to be fun. Maybe it will have outdoor seating like the ones in Ann Arbor. If you like fizzy beverages but without sugar (regular or artificial), try the strawberry sparkling water. It is refreshing. This trip I got the quinoa salad (quinoa, feta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onions, dressing), it is flavorful.

I was very surprise to hear from the store in Troy Mi state that they never heard of coconut wraps. Dishes such as burritos, wraps and sushi. The coconut wraps is a raw food that is cholesterol-free food that’s low in carbohydrates, these wraps have fiber, protein, healthy fats, and minerals such as potassium, calcium and iron. A gluten-free alternative to wheat, corn and flour based tortillas. Maybe I should not look to Whole Foods as being the tip of spear leaders in alternative healthy grocer.

I love wholefoods. Keep in mind that this location has been around for aong time a day and a new location is opening soon. I would give this a 5 star, but comparing to other Wholefoods locations this one is lacking on the prepared food selection. Many people come to Wholefoods strictly for prepared food. As far as produce the selection is good, but there are much better selections nearby with the many produce stores. Many of these stores offer lower priced locally grown.

Thank goodness they are building a replacement Whole Foods a few blocks west of this one. Its outgrown its humble beginnings and is a little too cozy for some of the fast-paced, get in, get out, dont mess my hair up, crowd. It will be nice to have a bigger selection that is easier to get to and not have to worry about the little one getting cart-crushed by a cheese-hunting, maze-racer while mom is leisurely reading labels.

The people who work there are the kind of people who are a pleasure seeing, from the produce staff and meat counter to the deli and cashiers. You cant always find that level of friendliness and competency, consistently even with some of the demanding patrons, at your box-chain stores. Looking forward to their expansion. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 rating, was the store size which can limit the selection.

The staff at the meat dept are ridiculous and rude that they need an 30 mins of time to prepare a single organic whole chicken cut into pieces every time I go and place the order. So, Ive decided to call in advance to place my order and the reply is exactly an hr from the minute I call and border. Then few times, theyve misplaced my order and I had to order again after reaching the store.

Went to Whole Foods for the first time...I was not impressed. I went because I heard it was a great place to shop and because of the great reviews on South Park (yes I know it is a cartoon). The place felt unclean and it did not seem to have any bigger selection then other stores around me. Also, this is suppose to be earth friendly, yet they double bagged everything!

Store wasnt bad, employees were good, other customers however were as snooty and pretentious as most of the reviewers below would have you believe. Take a shot of aloe while driving a prius and your magically above the rest of the world. Sad really. Other than that store was a bit overpriced. But not awful, most like stores charge the same, if not a bit less

Love this place! Cant wait until they build their bigger and better one!! :D The workers are really friendly and helpful! If I could, I would buy stuff here all time. But for financial reasons and distance I cant right now. For those reading this review, give it a shot and go there! It may be the right store for you too!

I find this store to be very helpful when I come in with questions. The staff go out of their way to make calls to other Whole Foods locations when I am looking for a produuct they do not carry. They are always friendly and helpful on the phone as well. They treat me like a valued customer.

Prices are exorbitant, but the staff is reasonably friendly, the free sample policy is nice, and they have very good dairy free ice cream when there is a dietary need for that. Also, they are one of the only stores I know of that consistently has support for android pay.
