I pride myself on the impeccability of my reviews. Some of the dairy and meat they use on the PIZZA is not up to WHOLE FOODS standards. Specifically, the meat and cheese is RBST free, but does NOT come from animals that were fed feed without ANIMAL BYPRODUCTS (feces and meat scraps). Therefore, when you eat pizza at whole foods, you are not guaranteed that cheese came from an animal that did not consume animal feces or leftover animal parts! This is a huge scandal no one has covered yet. Plus, if I am eating pizza at whole foods, I WANT gourmet pizza and WILL PAY $40 for it... If I wanted Dominos, I would have gone to Dominos. However, the butcher shop at whole foods, a separate department from the deli and prepared foods, has the highest meat standards in the industry. They have started offering almond milk as a creamer option at the coffee bar. This does wonders to a latte. However, the coffee tastes burnt, which generally means it was burnt during roasting. I had one machiatto that was amazing and my second one tasted like charcoal. The tall chairs in the cafe are so uncomfortable - they dont fit under the tables. It is a blatant lie to say "Selling the highest quality natural and organic products". The masses dont buy the highest quality products, they weigh quality vs. price. Why conventional fresh Turmeric but not organic fresh Turmeric? Also, the hot food bar is supposed to be behind a counter with an employee serving you. That is why the hot food doesnt sell. No one wants other peoples hands in their food. My "poor" rating for service is specifically to do with the disconnect between corporate policy and customer service at the store level. The corporate level have given me every indication they dont care about individual customers. I guess that is what happens, John Mackey, when you decide to "go public" and become beholden to absentee shareholders, instead of becoming a "Cooperative Corporation" wherein ONLY employees can own the stock, like you SHOULD have. The Whole Foods on Eisenhower is 100 times better than this one. I travel alot. I go to whole foods all over the country. I am EXCELLENT at reviews as well as independent evaluations.

perhaps "Alchemical Reaction" would be wise to study how a business runs and where it is forced to allocate its budget. not all products around the country are available to all suppliers at all times, and therefore even Whole Foods is not capable of carrying every single item that every single person is looking for. Also, some research as to what Whole Foods as a company actually is would be prudent before lambasting it. Whole Foods has never claimed to be a "Gourmet Organic Supermarket", but rather an all-natural grocer who "sells the highest quality natural and organic ingredients available". Not everyone wants to eat the same thing, and many of these very specific items mentioned cater to a specific palette - which would lead to food spoilage and labor waste as a large portion of such dishes would be thrown out. If you want a pizza with asparagus, truffle oil, lions mane mushrooms, giganto beans, sun dried tomatoes, and/or smoked salmon, i suggest you make one yourself or find a pizzeria that offers all these ingredients. do that and ill pay for your $40 pizza. In addition, Whole Foods does not lose revenue to Chipotle, as they are a restaurant chain and Whole Foods is a grocery store. If you are so inclined, please feel free to shop at Buschs, Plum Market, Trader Joes, Nino Salvaggios or anywhere else you can find all your ingredients and needs in one spot. im positive that no one will miss you or your ignorance regarding the way the world works. The list does indeed go on and on, but i tire of citing reasons why your complaints are asinine. and to close, for "sandra" the bulk foods are located near the produce department - where theyve been for nearly a year. Im sure if intelligence and common sense still held any weight in this world, i wouldnt have had to spend the last 10 minutes clarifying this mis-information.

We used to love coming to this store. We have not been there in a while because we are finding more and more of the prodcuts we buy at other locations. We were very disappointed at our last visit. The produce department has defintiely gone down hill. Some produce was withered and damaged, and there was primarily conventional produce and much less organic. The customer service used to be one of the highlights. But now employees appear stressed and unhappy. We spent 300 dollars and were told to load our own groceries from the belt to cart. It doesnt bother me at all to do this, but the cashier was indignant and impatient TELLING us to do it, not asking. In extreme contrast, in the past, there was always someone more than happy to help, even offering to help carry groceries to your car. If this location or Whole Foods in general no longer cares about quality, selection, and treating employees well to promote good customer service, there will be no reason for us to continue going.

Theres an old slogan that goes like this " ... ... special orders dont upset us". Well, when it comes to this Whole Foods Store, its grocery buyer CASEY C gave more than 110% to get the special allergen-free product that my spouse needs. She spent considerable time with me to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our exact requirements. She was very pleasant and patient and did extensive research/follow-up to do everything possible to acquire it. In my view, CASEY C is a great employee and a valuable asset to Whole Foods. Im actually a shareholder of Whole Foods common stock and now a very impressed consumer.

This is my favorite grocery store! The selection and quality is unmatched anywhere else. There are so many options for people seeking organic, gluten-free, or allergen free foods. Unlike many comments from people who dont shop here, it is also affordable, especially compared to other "gourmet markets" in the area. Their store brand, 365, and other Whole Foods branded foods taste great! And best of all, the employees are friendly and helpful. Just from shopping here every week, I have gotten to know many of the people who work here. I feel like they value me and see me as more than just a customer. We love Whole Foods!

Ive experienced the kind of good customer service expected of Whole Foods here. They have a craft beer expert, Eric, thats especially helpful if youre looking for a gift or just an enjoyable drink for later. Ive really enjoyed the sandwiches (especially the paninis) from the deli too. My only gripe - I cant believe how many times Ive come to this location to buy Braggs apple cider vinegar and found them out of stock. I gave up, and started buying it at other local health and vitamin shops instead.

Im so happy that a good Whole Foods Market is close to my house. There are many organic vegan options which makes eating vegan more fun. Great bulk food selection of fresh foods. Love love the organic japanese sweet potatoes that I can only get here. Extensive wine, cheese, teas and prepared food bar. They have an eating area and coffee bar. The employees are upbeat and customer service oriented. Whats not to love?
