Quality of departments is mostly decent. Produce is usually okay. Dairy is decent. Bakery is alright. Meat is good. Seafood is good. Liquor store has the best customer service and help of the whole store. The manager should be running the store. Deli is horrible. People are rude and unhelpful. Ive patiently waited multiple times for help only to be ignored by lazy people. Management and the office girls need replaced desperately. They are insanely rude and neglectful of customers. I stood waiting at the self checkout for ten minutes while one lazy person stood and stared at me from behind the counter. When I asked for help, she turned around and ignored me. Cashiers are all awesome. That is, when there is one available. 95% of the time, the lanes are ridiculously long because theres only two or three cashiers for a half-full store. All-in-all the rudeness of management and the office girls at this store drives me to Kroger.

Saturday Sept. 14 2013 4;40pm. express lines were backed up. Manager helped one flashing light then disappeared...its my turn..3 lights flashing, I need age verification to buy wine. My ice cream is melting.. after extended wait I ask service counter lady to help. She says manager is busy unloading truck as they are understaffed. I ask: "Unloading truck is more important than helping customers pay?answer "yes" but she did help me check out. I felt sorry for the handicapped guy who needed help also. I like this store but come on! Im sure there are people willing to work. Hire them.

Its alright. The smell inside is why I dont shop here often except when I want to go to the liquor store. It smells like straight seafood through the whole store so any trips made here are in and out. I do my actual grocery shopping at Kroger. Giant Eagle does have some nice coupons but if I shop at a Giant Eagle it will be the one in Grandview District

If you need to cash a check save your time they misrepresent the service of check cashing. When I contacted the store 9/10/16 the woman on the phone said she was the manager in charge and wouldnt provide information as to her name.... Ill Be contracting the ohio attorney genral about their signage misrepresenting services.

I work 3ed shift on sunday nov 26 I stopped by there about three am. I told them no pickle I wasnt aloud to have them. They put double the pickle on my sandwich are you trying to kill me. From this time on Ill go to Georges ville Rd. They get my order right.

Pretty big grocery store and it has a liquor store in it! Very clean and what prices I did notice seemed competitive. They even had a nice little Gluten Free section in the freezers too. One stop shopping for sure with a Starbucks in the parking lot.

Meat and fish department doesnt know where they get their salmon from. The answer to my question was "the box was thrown away so I couldnt tell you, our warehouse" laugh laugh So Im not going there obviously

Liquor store inside, food is always in stock, friendly workers. Fresh meat in the meat section daily. Prices a bit high on certain items but overall quality through the store is good. Clean inside daily.

This former butcher heads right for Giant Eagle whenever he looks for quality meat. He always swears by Giant Eagle and tells me "with meat you always get what you pay for if you shop at Giant Eagle".

Always clean. Curbside Express is available (and frequently has coupons that negate the service fee). The new rearrangement makes things a little hard to find, but staff is polite and helpful.

Called the Giant Eagle in Lincoln Village to order a same day cake and was told no. Called Stringtown Rd and was able to order same day with no questions asked. Great Job Jim in the bakery!!!

the manager here sam i believe is just a jerk to people. i saw him cursing at some employee and yelling at someone else one time shopping. i will be shopping elsewhere now

The best fried chicken in Columbus. Purchased 48 pieces for a Picnic with 50 people, and it was gone in 30 minutes. Everyone who had any said it was great and wanted more
