Ive been going to Kroger since they were on Telegraph Rd., Thatll tell you how long Ive been shopping there. 90 - 95% of the time, their brand taste better than the name brand. For instance, their ice cream, blue sweetner packets (Use to be Sweet Servings. I hope they are not discontinuing them.), tortillas, peanut butter, jam, jelly, lunch meat, etc., I cant list everything, just giving you an idea of some of the tasty & inexpensive items. We love their 8 Piece Fried Chicken. The deli staff is the best. Theyre ALWAYS willing to help me with my order. If I cant find something & an employee is not around, Ill use my cell phone to call the Service Desk. If they cant help me theyll call the person in charge of that department to come & help me. Use the back of your receipt to take a survey & enter a contest, they have a place to write your compliments or complaints. They DO read these areas, Ive seen a change when I mentioned a problem I had. Kroger stands by their name, and products they sell. Not just their brand, Everything they sell. If they werent as good, having competitive pricing and back everything they sell, would I still be shopping there after all these years? I KNOW I WOULDNT BE.

This location is relatively clean however during this visit they are under construction building a massive addition to the store so its to be understood that some of the store is discombobulated having worked in a store during a massive remodel I can understand. The sales staff is always friendly however and and helpful. The produce is fresh and their fresh cases are well stocked and also fresh. Dry grocery selection is quite good for a smaller grocery chain having all of what I needed and in some cases a bit more for me to try. Prices are about average and there are constant sales for various items, most of which will coincide with a Kroger membership card a small extra inconvenience considering it pays off in discounts on gas. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the parking lot layout to match up with the expansion.

Fairly clean & well maintained facility. Parking lot is a bit cramped due to a shared lot with a nearby drugstore & now defunct Big Lots. Product selection is varied, offering a wide selection of name brand items as well as a store brand equivalent for most fast-moving consumer goods, although Kroger, in general, lags behind other big name markets when it comes to its produce selection. Ethic foods selection is also pleasantly varied, especially with Latin food brands such as Goya. Bottle recycling section feels a bit inadequate for the amount of traffic this store receives, which again seems to be a signature of all Kroger markets. Beer & wine can be purchased, but liquor is unavailable. Service is friendly.

I REALLY liked this Kroger store... Until they remodeled it. Now you have to walk all the way across the store through unsold, unneeded pharmacy stock to get icecream. They should have seperated the pharmacy given the opportunity to remodel. Fixing the store somehow made it worse. The people that work there are good though, and always do their job right. Lets hope they rearrange the remodel sometime soon.

Only go to this location to shop for my parents. The parking leaves something to be desired. They enlarged the store & the parking lot but then didnt put any car corrals in the enlarged area so if you want to take your cart back (and you should) its a long walk. My parents are older and there arent any benches to sit on so its hard for them to make it all the way through the large store.

nice store, kept very clean. employees r friendly and very helpful. nice new gas station build on property with lower gas prices for area. i would give it 5 stars but when they recently expanded, it is to big for me to navigate at one time...back pain. it is no longer a quick stop when needing to pick up a few items.

To big to just grab a few things of you have back pain. The bakery section is always out of most of the slices of cakes and brownies, the only thing the really habe left after 11:00am is the stuff .pat people dont care for. I would probably rate it a 4 or 5 if the bakery kept up with stocking their cooler for slices

Always been a good place to shop, and I love that they now have the gas station. Only point i would make against them is the employees smoking up front. Looks bad, and depending on the wind blows smoke right onto your fave as you walk in. Maybe put a picnic table or bench in the back? But great place!

The employees seem to have bad attitudes? Two girls at the deli counter but i couldnt get service so i left and the cashier was pretty rude to the lady in line behind me when she asked where something was located. Employee attitude usually reflects the type of management the store has so.......

Very nice store - recently remodeled. Union workforce, so I like to support them. Good sales - check out the digital coupons on Krogers mobile app. Always order my cakes from here too. Try to shop early - they are always busy and the natives of Taylor come out in force in the evenings.

Not a fan of having to hike through toys and other various home goods to get to the frozen foods now. They also took away the natural food section and spread it around the store. Not a convenient place to shop anymore. Sometimes less is more! I will shop at a different Kroger.

Best grocery store I have ever shopped. Never wait to check out. Flows without tripping over others. Made them my exclusive store over 5 years ago when we moved near by. The employees are all great people, and I wont shop anywhere else.

I like the free Friday deals when they offer a good freebie. Dont know if I like the expansion of the store. They need to get everything organized still and they have no parking available when I do try to shop at this store.

Kroger has become one of my favorite grocery stores. I advise everyone to get a kroger rewards card and start saving money. You also collect fuel points for every dollar spent. You can save on gas too!
