Id give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Everyone at Ironclad is nice and professional. When I walked in for the first time I was greeted with smiles. I went to Chase to get a second lobe piercing and he did an amazing job! He put the special ink on my ears to see if I liked where my piercings would be placed, and he also gave me his professional opinion of why it should be placed where it is. Chase also explained to me what he was doing as he was piercing my ears. Not only is he a great piercer, but hes a great person. The selection and quality of the jewelry Ironclad has is amazing, as well. Its very clean inside and everything is sterilized. I had to come in on a couple occasions after I got my my piercings because I was having minor issues (my earlobes were too thick for the post in my ears so I had to get them changed (of course Id have weird earlobes...)), but in no way were they annoyed by my visits. I really recommend coming to Ironclad if you need any work and especially going to Chase if you need any piercings I will be back in the future if I ever want anything else done-- such a great place!

I got my nostril pierced a week ago by Chase. I really wasnt sure what to expect and I was more than a little nervous, but everyone at the shop was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. The shop itself is clean and well kept. They have a great selection of jewelry (although for my part, I just needed something simple and small as a starter; my ultimate goal is a small loop, which Chase took into account when he was placing the piercing.) Chase explained the procedure step-by-step both before and during the piercing, then he went over aftercare, and made sure I didnt have any questions before I left. Its been a week and everything is healing up nicely. This is a piercing Ive wanted for a long time; it feels awesome to have finally gotten it done and I couldnt have asked for a better shop or a better piercer! I will definitely back for that other piercing Ive always wanted :)

I just went in today, during my lunch hour, to get a helix piercing. Which I only had about 35 minutes to get back to work. There were a couple of customers ahead of me and Mike promised that he could get me out in 15 minutes. I didnt mind coming back, but he said that wed play it by ear, and if I had to run then we could figure it out. While I waited I overheard some of staff talking to potential customers getting tattoos and or cover ups, they definitely know what theyre talking about. They took their time listening and understanding the needs of the customers. By the time Mike got to me, I had about 15 minutes to get back. Mike explained everything to me while doing the process, it didnt really hurt as much as Id expected and he was super nice. I was only about 3 minutes late, but it was worth it. Thanks so much Mike!!

Ive been coming here for almost four years with my friends for piercings, their tattoos, etc. The staff here has always been welcoming, friendly, and are always happy to go out of their way to help answer any questions. I recently got my first tattoo done by Michael Bagwell, and I couldnt be more grateful for his patience, understanding, and expertise. He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the tattooing process and I could tell that he actually cares about his customers being comfortable and getting exactly what they want. I cant thank you guys enough for making my first tattoo such an enjoyable, memorable experience. I recommend going to Ironclad to anyone I hear talking about getting a piercing or tattoo done!

I always went to the restaurant next to it and never went inside Ironclad. It just looked like some small tattoo place and didnt think much. Later when my friend and I decided to get a piercing, I found out this place had an impressive rating...and Im not disappointed! Facility was very clean, courteous staff and I loved their display of piercing jewelry (it looked like a mini museum). The guy who did the piercing for me and my friend (I wish I remember his name) was very professional and friendly. Very chill guy. I was incredibly nervous but he was very reassuring and knowledgeable about what hes doing. I felt confident with his work and my decision to get one here. Simple and quick. Very happy to have Ironclad close to my home.

I decided to get double helix piercings and a tattoo today. My sister recommended Ironclad and after today, I can see why. Mike Moore did my piercings and he was super nice and informative. He explained everything he was doing in detail and made my experience memorable. Next, I got a tattoo from Mike Bagwell. He also, was informative and gave awesome suggestions on the size and design of my tattoo. As this being the first tat for me, Mike made sure to put me at ease. The overall atmosphere of Ironclad was awesome and everything was very sterile and clean. I swear both Mikes have the bedside manner of the most experienced doctor! Job very well done! Most definitely will be back.

I was between Ironclad and Eternal but just felt more comfortable at Ironclad. Im working on a half nature themed sleeve with Ryan and its going awesome. Ive also had Bagz do a random piece here and there and I will be going back to them for the rest of my work. Id trust any of these artists to bring my ideas to life. They are very reasonably priced ($150-300/hr) and the amazingly detailed work speaks for itself. Very comfortable environment, clean, reassuring and very well managed. I was terrified of needles my entire life yet every time I step in the door I get excited about getting another piece done.

What a great and courteous staff. They were all helpful, friendly, and reassuring. Mike Moore pierced my tragus and he did a fantastic job. I was a little nervous about it as Ive been told its a painful one but he was so professional and personable which is exactly what a piercer should be. And it was like hed done it a thousand times it went by so quickly and PAINLESSLY. He was even willing to check out a piercing I did elsewhere and give me advice on aftercare. Im not even from the area and I will definitely go back for my helices. Fair prices, great jewelry selection, sterile and professional.

Came here to get my first piercing and had a really good experience. I was nervous at first but Mike made me feel at ease and my nerves just disappeared. He let me know everything he was doing step by step and it was over before I knew it. Quick and easy with very minimal pain. It turned out super cute and I appreciated the little extra advice on sizing, placement etc. I will be back, just because its obvious these folks know what theyre doing. They are clean, professional, personable and I felt comfortable. You cant trust just anyone with your piercings. I trust them.

Such a knowledgeable and friendly staff. This place is the only place Ill go to for my piercings and potential future tattoos. Chase and Mike have both pierced me and theyre both so professional and made every piercing experience better than the last. Ive never had any problems with any of my piercings (during the actual act of piercing, healing, jewlery changes, etc.) Or jewelry pieces themselves. I name drop these guys whenever I get the chance. They couldnt come/be more highly recommended by me!
