As a regular customer with a major addiction to Michigan Cherry coffee this location has gone way down hill. I purchased my refillable Biggby cup from this location when they first opened and been dozens of times. My refill has always been $1.25 out the door. So a few weeks ago this location says price raise now be $1.50 OK no problem until I visited my regular spot in Allen PA since they have Michigan Cherry everyday. Yeah still $1.25 out the door along with Dearborn and Clawson MI location. So today I stopped and explain why you raise the refills price 20 percent, they say we do what we want. OK then going report you to corporate and write negative reviews on 6 sites. The laugh go right ahead we really dont care. STAY FAR AWAY EVERYTHING 20 PERCENT more maybe why zero customers today.

I love this Biggby for the most part. I come here everyday for the same order. When I first started coming here, the girls were super friendly. I think they all quit because I havent seen them in a while. :/ Most of the new girls are friendly, except Sahar. (Shes not new, but never had to really deal with her til the other girls left) EVERY SINGLE TIME I get her in the drive thru shes so fricken rude. She has very poor customer service. I dont know if shes the owners daughter or something and feels she can treat customers however. Today she didnt even let me finish my order before saying pull up for your total! I had to tell her I wasnt finished. From now on, I just might have to wait til I get to work and go to the Biggby around there.

Couldnt order my favorite ham and cheese bragel because this location does not serve ham :-( instead, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I was very disappointed when the bagel had one smear of cream cheese that was so small I couldnt even taste it. The coffee was cold. The female working made my visit awkward by degrading the employees for not doing things quickly enough. I frequent other Biggby locations about three times/week and this was my only bad experience. The environment elsewhere has always inspired a fun and happy attitude. I will not be back.

My partner and I, go here every so often. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. They try to make conversation, which I find nice. We usually would go to Starbucks, but BIGGBY Coffee, might just be taking us away from Starbucks. I would recommend ANYONE to go here for some nice coffee! :D

Run of the mill Biggby nothing noticbly bad nothing noticbly good. Been here twice. Last time through my order was messed up. I had ordered two beagels a coffe and tea. One bagel was never given to me. Had to run back in to grab it. Shouldnt mess up a 10 dollar order of only 4 items.

Honestly, the worst Biggby Ive ever been to. Ive been here 10+ times, and not once have I received what I actually ordered. And for overpriced coffee drinks, we should at least expect to receive what we order. Sucks that this is the closest one to me.

Such a great meeting place or place to go have a quiet coffee. They owners are awesome. They let my son help them out cleaning and vacuuming and carrying in stock. He loves it. They even let him design his own beverages.

Decent coffee and drinks. The workers arent too friendly. The drive-thru is super small... you wont be able to get a large vehicle thru there. It would be nice if there were more food and snack choices too.

Biggbys drinks are often too sugary and often more expensive than Starbucks, seriously. Im not a cheapskate, but they wont even give you water without buying bottled, which I think is so wasteful.
