My initial visit was okay when I first arrived and approached the front desk it was about 2 minutes before I was even greeted and the doctor most of noticed because he came out and greeted me personally to tell me someone would be with me stuff like that bothers me because I work in an office setting so I know how important it is to be greeted upon arrival. My appt went by so fast the eye doctor really seemed to know his stuff much more than the previous eye doctor Ive seen. When I was finishing up the lady helping me told me they didnt accept my insurance so I would have to pay for everything out of pocket that really bummed me but I blamed myself because I shouldve had my insurance verified before I got there but I paid for my initial visit and scheduled my follow up appointment. Coming back for my follow up was so much better the doctor gave me a quick exam and the contacts have been working out perfectly for me. The young lady helping me this time was really interested in helping me save so she asked if she could verify my insurance one more time and come to find out they actually do accept it. They issued a refund for me and I was able to get contacts and glasses without paying an arm and a leg. I was so happy that they actually took the time and were very helpful.

This store provided a great customer experience from beginning to end. In addition, the service was exceptionally rapid with curb side service (by bringing the glasses to the car for a fitting) considering that my mother was in a wheelchair. Thank you!!!
