I have given this location many opportunities to do the right thing. The customer service is lacking terribly. This last experience has sealed the deal. I ordered oatmeal and a tea, in the drive thru. I was not asked what items I would like in my oatmeal (I am usually asked this while visiting other locations). I arrive at the window and the young woman hands me my oatmeal. I look in the bag and see that they gave me a number of items. I ask for nuts and blueberries. She looks at me as though I am speaking in tongues. She then came back with a bag of nuts and a bag of seeds and asks me to clarify which I would like. I confirm that I would like nuts. She then chastises me for not indicating what I want at the time of order (the person taking my order should have asked). I let this go and head to work. Once I arrive at work and start to put my oatmeal together...I notice that they did not give me my drink. I now drive all the way back to the store to retrieve my drink. I go into the location and explain the mishap. The gal in the window simply exclaims "oh, yeah." Everyone then continues on with what they are doing. I then ask if they are going to give me my drink or if they have to remake it? A woman says "we tossed the other one out." I then wait and eventually receive my drink. I wait for someone with some sort of customer service to apologize for the error, nothing. I then say that I am shocked that no one even bothers to apologize for the error and causing me to have to drive all the way back to get my drink. They looked at me, again, as though I am speaking in tongues. I will not be spending one more dollar in this establishment. I will give my business to an establishment that cares about their customers. Very disappointing!

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to and I am a faithful Starbucks customer. Waited 25 minutes and employees showed little interest. The man in front of me needed his drink remade. The employee was angry and rude to the man. When I finally did receive my frozen drink it was half melted and not made correctly; tasted terrible. Since I was already late for my meeting I requested a remake. Same employee was again frustrated. Remake was made exactly the same, used twice as much syrup as what is usually in the drink, ruining the flavor. This Starbucks does not know what theyre doing.

I ordered the gluten-free sandwich, had the order taker suggested I get it with avocado spread so I agree that sounds really good. The ticket on the sandwich even says "with spread" and I get to my office and sure enough, NO avocado. I mean come ON. How difficult is it to accomplish that. Clearly really difficult. And..your lids always leak. As much money as your items cost, we all expect better. Get it together Starbucks.

Its 12:30 on a Monday morning and they are out of everything except for breakfast sandwiches as long as it is just a piece of bread with egg on it. Ended up going to Dunkin Donuts down the street. At least they have stock. Not sure what they plan to do the rest of the day at Starbucks with no food. Dont think Ill be going back. Dunkin Donuts was cheaper and pretty good.

The two stars is literally ONLY because they refunded. Heres a little tip: they will NOT tell you when they run out of something PIVOTAL to your drink and will just wing it and pray. Not happy, and will probably just be driving into East Lansing if I ever want Starbucks again.

It would be much better if they didnt run out of products. Ive tried three times now to get a holiday turkey stuffed panini for my daughter with no success. Im wondering if they actually have them at this point.

Loved this place. Great and friendly staff. Service is quick, especially through the drive thru. Store interior is clean, although almost always packed. Highly recommend this shop.

Good Starbucks with a nice inside. My only complaint is that the lights are unnecessarily bright over the tables which make working on a computer kind of a headache
