Awful. On 5/16 at 8:30 am, I walked in and looked at fresh cut fruit. All of the cups of fruit looked tired and old. Lots of fluid in the bottom of the cup, and yucky looking. I reached to the back of the display and pulled one out that looked decent, but after paying for it I opened the cup, and the entire inside was COVERED in gray and black fuzzy mold. I walked right up and asked for my money back and told them all of the cups were spoiled. After refunding my money, they went over and looked at the cups and LEFT THEM in the display to sell to the next person who probably walked out the door before opening their cup. I actually heard the young man say these are ok to the woman who appeared to be the assistant mgr (who refunded my $.) She never even walked over to look at them, could have cared less! Yuck. If they think what I saw was appropriate to sell, their quality control needs to be checked! Dont go here! They would sell the scraps off the floor! Awful!!!

What a disappointing visit! There were 4 employees working behind the counter, one on the cash register (manager???), the other 3 preparing the food but they were more interested in talking among themselves than preparing food promptly. The floor behind the counter was unbelievably dirty - someone had started to sweep the floor into a huge pile of bagels and crumbs. The large container for half and half was empty so we took it to the cashier who said he would fill it. After 5 minutes + we had to remind him. The coffee counter was dirty and the dining room carpet was filthy. In summary, lackadaisical staff in a filthy restaurant . Thought you should know. We wont be back.

I do enjoy Einsteins bagels, but every time I visit this location the place is always dirty. Today I came in and there were only 2 tables occupied, 3 employees not making anyones food, yet every single open table (12) were dirty. Another issue I have with this place is, every time I come here, they get my order wrong. And its not a hard order. Bagel, not toasted, ham & cheddar, and then heat in microwave. Simple. Today they added egg to it (I HATE the taste of eggs). When I took it back to be remade, the assist manager just removed the egg and tried to hand it right back instead of remaking the sandwich. I was also charged an extra 74 cents and had to get a refund.

Twice they got my order wrong. I have my breakfast at office and it would be almost impossible to take what I was given, back to them to get it changed. Next time I was there, I told them to be a little careful when taking order. In return, I got lots of attitude. The staff do not have the basic courtesy to even apologize/acknowledge for the goof up they did. Having said that, not all of them working there have this attitude. Hence, the 2 stars. Start respecting the paying customer, your business would prosper. If not, youre spelling your own doom as there are tonnes of options in Alpharetta. Good luck!

While the food is good, the cleanliness of this location is seriously lacking. I visit this store fairly often and its almost impossible to find a clean table. Nine times out of ten my order is screwed up in some way. The employees seem more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers or cleaning. I dont think the carpet has ever seen a vaccum. On this visit, business was slow, only one table was clean in the entire business and one employee was sleeping at one of the tables while the manager was at the next table loudly (what sounded like) disciplining another worker.

This place claims to be "bagels and espresso bar." I asked for a single shot and she says "umm, I dont know if we can do that." I tell her look just put a shot of espresso in a cup and give it to me. " What kind of milk do you want in it? Im not sure how to ring that up..." I do not want milk. Espresso + cup. I dont even want a lid. What do I get? A cup with a shot full of steamed milk FOAM. When I do order lattes, I get no foam, so not only was my shot ruined, it was nothing but fluff. She couldnt even make a proper latte.

I usually love Einsteins but on this occasion I was very unpleased. The bagels were okay however the staff there was not friendly. I waited for almost 3 minutes to place my order and no one greeted me. Finally I asked one of the two employees who were just standing there if they could help me. With out even glancing up the lady said "What do you want?" As I was cashed out I tried to smile and make conversation with the cashier. He too was unfriendly and never even made eye contact. Whats going on with the Bros????!!

I had never been to Einsteins, so thought I would give it a try. The person ringing up our order did not understand what we wanted. Simple: bacon, egg, and cheese, on an everything bagel. The register girl had to call over TWO managers, who then also had issues understanding what we wanted. We finally get our food, and the bagels were very small. The food tasted good, but after the horrible customer service and dissapointment of the food size, I had a bad taste left in my mouth.

This location has gotten my order wrong a total of 6 times. I will continue going here because its close to where I work, but I hope I will finally start to remember to check my order before I leave, because I know for certain that they dont. They have given me Swiss when I asked for Cheddar about 3 times, charged me for 2 eggs when I only wanted one, forgotten to put maple shmear on my french toast egg sandwich, and forgotten to put any cheese on my sandwich.

The service here has gone down the drain. I never used to have issues with getting my bagel order messed up, but that seems to be the norm now. Im not sure if its because the staff or management has changed but whatever has happened needs to be corrected. I love their bagels and selection of shmear but its disappointing how often they manage to forget something, or just get it completely wrong.

Throughout the course of our meal, my mom and I had to go up to the counter repeatedly because they did not give us a water cup or the coffee that we ordered, they also forgot to put avocado on my order when there should have been some in the first place. The floors need to be swept up and countertops wiped down. Although my bagel was good; I doubt we will be coming back.

New manager is running the counter slow by using 1 register. I watched as it took a customer 9 and a half minutes from the time she walked in to finally get her order taken. Also watched a customer walk out rather then wait in line to make an additional drunk purchase. Manager needed help entering the promotional bagel.

Total disorganization causing massive lines. One lady takes an order but then you have to stand in line again to pay. Makes no sense. Iced vanilla hazelnut latte was made but my name was never called so I didnt get it until I got annoyed and asked. Food was pretty good which is the only saving grace this place has.
