Yes every now and then one of the baristas makes a mistake. They make hundreds of drinks a day and you just might be the one he or she gets wrong that day. I have had nothing but plesant and very friendly experiences at this location. It is a younger staff and yes they like to have fun but take theyre job very seriously. People dont understand how much really goes into that job. It is a lot more than just brewing a pot of coffee. And too the person who says they have cold coffee? Try spilling some on yourself and tell me how cold it is. Absolutely dont go by this to make up your mind, go in and make up your own opinion. Those people were probably having a bad day.

To whom it may concern, This morning i went to Starbucks at 12330 Crabapple Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30004 for my daily first coffee,Ive waited on the line inside till the line came to me. Because of my bad and cold coffee experience in the same Starbucks i kindly asked for fresh pike. After my question the rude guy started making fun with my English and European accent and did insult front all other people. Many people did see his fun on me and i really got offended, I cant go there anymore. I am Starbucks lover and this is my first bad experience in Starbucks. Sincerely

Took my sisters here for a frappe. Worst frappe Weve ever tasted. More like water frappe! So disappointed cause Im such a coffee person and to taste more like water is such a disappointment. Also after I was done ordering this lady goes so you ordered three vanilla frappe when I clearly told her twice three chocolate chip frappe. Literally took 45 min to finally get our frappe and it was the slowest day not to mention. Thank god for other Starbucks locations. Thats all.

Overrated. The sitting area is poorly cleaned. Annoying flys buzzing about because of the poor job done keeping this place clean. Spent most of my recent visit with a rolled up newspaper in one hand to swat the flies. Want to see how many I killed? No problem.... Come any time and look for the little piles of dead flies Ive stacked up. Im sure their corpses will be here for a quite a while; NO CHANCE OF ANYONE HERE SWEEPING UP!

Consistently the worst Starbucks I visit. I try to avoid going to this one if I can. After it changed management a couple years ago, the service, level of courtesy and quality of drinks has drastically declined. Nine out of 10 times, there are coffee grounds in coffee. They also do not check their mobile orders on a frequent basis. Slow drive-thru and small store with not enough parking.

I dont know why I keep giving these guys my time and money. They are ALWAYS screwing up my order, it takes them 15 minutes to service 2 cars, and when I finally get up to the window, they are all joking around and talking about personal stuff while they have 10 cars in the drive thru. After being late to work today after them and they didnt even get my order right I am done with them.

This is consistently the slowest Starbucks store I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is the one closest to me. Other stores give the coffee for free when you have to wait 10 minutes or more in the drive thru but this location you could wait 20 minutes and they are unapologetic as it is normal. I dont understand it they are not understaffed. I will change my review if they change.

( + ) If you want fast and accurate orders, this is the place to get your StarBucks fix. ( - ) If youre wanting to bring your laptop and do some work, this may not be the best place. Staff chatter is a bit excessive and at times too loud to allow for concentration. The staff seemed to have a hi-school mentality.

Just went through the drive through and even though there is only a moment for an impression to be made by the employee, Brandi was fantastic and warmed up the drive through window with her charm! Starbucks has a real winner with Brandi! Keep up the good work!

If you dont want to get out of your car, this is a good one. It has a drive-thru. Seating is limited here inside, but the patio is nice. Its next to a car wash though... so I wouldnt expect moments of settling peace to pair with your coffee.

For whatever reason quite often at this location there are 4 or 5 employees servicing the drive thru and just one employee (never more than 2) servicing the folks who went through the effort of actually parking and coming inside.

Always busy. Today the Barista decided that everyone could make their own coffee at the service station. How does a Starbucks at Christmastime completely run out of cinnamon? boo!

Great drinks. Parking can be a little tough as well as ingress and egress. Lots of space inside but could use some more study space. Afternoon shade on the patio is really nice!

Good place to chillax and get some work done. Popular spot for local high school kids to visit for study groups and such but dont cause any noise issues. Nice staff as well.

Stopped in here when visiting relatives, it was really busy. The line moved very quickly and I was in and out within 5-6 minutes. Very impressed!
