The worst Starbucks Ive been to hands down. For starters, no sign displayed outside of the building indicating there is even a Starbucks located here, very difficult to find. Then I walk in, place is dead quite (probably because no one can find the place) and not a single employee greeted me. Keep in mind there were 5 employees present and no other customers. No drive thru here either. I bet sales cold jump up 300% if they had something indicating to others that hey, THERE IS A STARBUCKS HERE! Coffee was made right though, as usual.

A maintenance visit. I walked in and the line was waaay too long, so I took the opportunity to visit the restroom. The toilet was out of commission (wouldnt flush) so I took it apart and fixed it for them. Evidently they dont know how to do simple repairs to the facilities. Washed my hands thoroughly and returned to the line...which was thankfully now much shorter. Ordered my coffee and left. The coffee was great, of course, but with Starbucks, you expect nothing less.

The people are nice and it has a "Starbucks feel" on the inside, like most Starbucks. The outside patio is in the middle of the parking lot, which doesnt provide much to look at but it is still nice that they have a nice size patio. I have always had good service here. There are usually people studying or working at this location, in addition to people meeting or talking. I would say this is representative of a typical Starbucks.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the lovely red-haired barista informed me that they had run out of cream cheese. She was good enough to warm up a danish for me to ease my suffering. Had she not been so caring and sympathetic, I fear I would have burst into tears on the spot. Kudos to your employees for making up for your lack of dairy with the milk of human kindness. I give this business a full 5/7.

One of the better locations. The staff is very polite, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is on the quiet side. Ive been to several coffee shops with music that is ridiculously loud and this is not one of those places. My only idea for improvement at this location would be to add more indoor seating options, but with limited space Im not sure this is possible.

A great location to stop and pick up some java on your way into the office. As busy as they can get, they are pretty good at dealing with the high volume. Restrooms are very clean and the motif inside this location is exactly what youd find elsewhere.

Getting in and out is kind of a pain (depending if you need to turn left in or out). On a recent trip, we had a very soft-spoken, almost sullen, barista. When they were out of what we ordered, that made it difficult to get a substitute drink.

The girl working here in the morning is the least friendly person I think Ive ever met. To top it, I ordered a tall double and Im 99% sure I didnt get my second shot. I think Ill stick to my Loveland Store, theyre the best!

I spent a lot of weekend mornings studying here. Its a great environment if you want to get a coffee and be left alone. I often had a favorite corner Id go sit in while I worked, its cozy in that way.

The staff was incredibly rude towards my mother because she has an accent and tried to order an iced coffee. There wasnt even a ruch, so unnecessary! Definitely recommend they check their attitudes.
