Took forever for my drinks because every mobile order and drive-thru order needed to be completed before me-the ONLY in-store customer. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. I asked the barista if the incorrectly made drink was supposed to have whipped cream, hoping she would self-identify her error. She blankly said no. I had already wasted too much time to correct her. I love Starbucks and I have gotten great service all over the country and all over the world. Unfortunately, this store needs more training in making drinks and customer service.

Ive only been to this new location maybe 5 times now, but I can confidently say its my new favorite! The staff is so friendly and genuine, the inside is clean, the drive thru is quick. I go after all my baby doctor appointments now and look forward to the awesome staff and quality drinks. Each of my drinks have been made by someone different but have consistently stayed delicious. Keep up the great work everyone! You guys rock. Thanks for all the hard work you do!!

Terrible service. I go to Starbucks frequently and probably have to typically wait 10 min at the most. Here I walked in at 940 and got my latte at 10:06. I was very frustratd. When I walked in there were 4 people ahead of me and probably 15 standing and waiting, I seriously went got gas and came back after I ordered and still had to wait another 20 minutes, the drive through cleared out. I was late for my appointment.I will not come back to this location

Not bad.....there arent a ton of coffee shops in the area as far as I know, so this is nice to have in a pinch. I dont care for their regular coffee, but I do really enjoy their iced coconut milk mocha macchiato. Customer service has been great every time Ive been there.

Fast easy service, enjoyable experience I love the atmosphere it was amazing I had a smores Frappuccino it was done right and it was delicious thank you Englewood fun Starbucks I love the coffee and hope to have that experience again.

My drink smelled horrid, so bad I didnt even drink it. Last time I was there, they stole my debit card then when I called they wouldnt let me pick it up. This location would be better off if it was closed.

Worst starbucks Ive ever been to. This location will be the down fall of the whole chain if not handled properly. My drinks have smelled awful on three different occasions. Unacceptable.

Nice place. Could use a sweep and mop more than once a day. Was here at 3:30 and trash full and floor was a mess.
