Its okay. Place is too small and there is always a line. Having to grab a quick coffee on lunch break is never a good option with Starbucks at this location. With a 30 min total time including the line and the wait time for the drinks, it is just not convenient for a busy lifestyle like mine. I have to give 3 stars though because at least it is open for wifi and a great place to sit for a couple hours after work and do more work there on my laptop or phone. The food options are only as good as the people making them though and sometimes it seems like they burn the coffee or have too much sweeter or sugar in their white chocolate mocha or even the regular mocha. The cookies are decent. Over its not bad for could be better.

No manager for this disgustingly filthy store - its rarely if ever cleaned. The tables are encrusted with food and dried milk, the floor is forever sticky. Theres always a stinky odor in the air, like a dumpster behind Waffle House. The staff seem to be the antithesis of the good Starbucks employee - rarely there, often away chatting and giggling with friends, utterly distracted, as if they arent even aware they have a job (SBX should hire some people WILLING TO WORK). Any amount of customers is too many for them to handle. If you visit this store, I suggest bringing cleaning supplies if you plan to stay. Im sure its only a matter of time before the rats and cockroaches take over. The flies already have.

I ordered off menu which I can imagine is annoying for the people who work there but they seemed amused by my concoction actually so maybe Na. I appreciated their kindness and efficiency in preparing my ridiculous drink. You might think that the fact that it sat on the counter for 10 min because they put the wrong name on it would be bad but its actually not. Im a wimp and cant tolerate the heat so by the time I figured out it was mine, it was the perfect temperature for drinking. Clearly they had my best interests in mind.

This location is always jumpin. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only downsides of the location are the fact that when it is the busiest it could use more space, but the outside seating helps on nice weather days. (in fact we prefer it to inside) The other downside is occasionally the music volume on the piped music is quite loud and makes sitting with friends, quietly talking more of a chore. Love the selection of coffee and teas and highly recommend stopping in.

Coffee is good. Unfortunately this location is small, overcrowded and understaffed. I recommend avoiding going here on weekdays between 3pm-5pm, as it gets bombarded by a bunch of kids from the nearby school. The recent renovation has somewhat modernized the place, but it seems they focused more on designing waiting room rather than seating. Speaking of which, expect to wait nearly 10 minutes waiting in line and an additional 10-15 for your coffee after ordering.

Ive seen some negative reviews, and I do agree that during peak hours it can get a little crusty but Ive seen this place at all hours and 80 percent of the time it is clean, organized and great. The peak hours its chaos and Ive seen lines out the door. I enjoy this Starbucks and have gotten allot of work done. The coffee is exceptional and have never had a bad expierance, or cup of coffee from the baristas. They seem very well trained for retail service employee.

I really like this Starbucks. I have my certain favorite baristas just as Im sure everyone does. It does annoy me when some baristas barely put any coffee and fill the rest with ice. Also when they do not fill the fraps to the top and when they dont use enough whip cream. Hey if Im paying $5 for a drink I would expect it to be made the correct way! Thats all. I come here almost everyday sometimes more then once a day. I would love consistency!!

Located in a safe friendly neighborhood, this location is very clean and the service is always friendly no matter how many customers are in line. The parking can be tricky during peak times, but thats just because Crestview is so popular. Updating. This place is still clean and friendly but SO stinking SLOW in the morning. I would love to see two people making drinks during the morning rush instead of just the newest new guy.

Very impressed by the employees at this Starbucks! Once while I was with my girlfriend sitting down at a table we witnessed an employee take the time to personally talk to a disabled man who was in a wheelchair that she knew by name. She was extremely friendly went out of her way to help him pay for his order and the man was very pleased to speak with the woman. I have not had one problem with this Starbucks!

I go here 2x a day. Seriously. Great coffee and fun blended drinks. There are occasionally mix-ups when they get too busy due to the prime location but if there is ever an issue they are wonderful about fixing them. I will say that recent I have had more issues, but I believe that is due to some new staffing. If you have a bad experience, let them know and give them another shot.

Manager and barista were horribly rude to me! Im not a frequent Starbucks goer, and I didnt know the terminology. All I got was bad service and sneers! The Barista ignored me all together and helped the person behind me in line instead! I will never go here again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone!

Store is always crowded, and understaffed. Need to have more people taking drinks the crowds waiting for drinks can get longer than the line to order. Mobile orders take double the time stated on the app.

I visit this Starbucks at least twice a week. The people there are so sweet and easy to build a friendship with. No matter how busy they are, they have time to say good morning and make you feel special!

Great location, but often overly busy with long lines. Definitely could use a large store at this site. The staff does a great job and the place has nice ambience for Starbucks.

Not a fan of this Starbucks. It is chronically understaffed and there are about 40% fewer seats than there should be. Expect to stand for at least 20 minutes of your visit.

I love what theyve done with the interior. Lots of natural light. Can get very crowded sometimes, but there is usually enough seating to go around.

They need to install power outlets next to the tables by the windows. How isnt that obvious? If you need to work on your laptop, avoid this place.

It took 30 minutes to get a coffee. Just fly to Columbia, pick your own beans, bring them back and make your own. It will save you time.

Its been a half hour since I ordered and still dont have my drink. A heads up on the long wait would have gone a long ways.
